I completed the Visa procedure today and I got the Visa on the same day! I was supposed to get the Visa in 1-2 business days but they did stress my issue and gave priority! They were very patient with me and answered all my answers in a professional way. Keep up the good work 👏

Excellent customer service and application process
Excellent customer service. Got my evisa in few hours.
If you have all documents ready, the process is extremely smooth and stress FREE.
They even went all the way to reach me on WhatsApp for faster communications while I was still reached via my mail.

eVisa Kenya staff is awesome!
eVisa Kenya rapidly processed my application. I particularly appreciated them keeping me updated utilizing Whatsapp.
They very professionally took swift corrective action when my application generated a single entry visa when I intended to order the East African Travel Visa.
In my opinion, their staff is awesome.

Excellent Experience
Visacent had great customer service communication when I was struggling to complete my eTA for my Kenya trip next week. They were prompt with responding to my text messages on WhatsApp, and were able to reassure me that I had everything filed out properly and they would work diligently to make sure my eTA was up to Kenya's high standards.

Amazingly prompt service
Communication and interaction with the team was quick and timely. Doubts were cleared immediately and with great detail. Visa service was unbelievably quick.
