I love their product hate their website and customer service. I have tried for 2 days to order products during their 30 percent off sale. The website takes all my information but won't let me finish my purchase. I sent a chat message and email. I did get a response one said IT working on it that was at 500 a.m. I still can't order. Also was told to order off Amazon but they don't sell what I wanted. I told them that too. I am amazed that customer service didn't call me and offer to place my order. So many products and other companies to choose from obviously they don't need my business.

Their products are pretty good, but the packaging is not up to par and the company does not care about correcting the problem. The caps they use on their haircare products are cheap and flimsy, and some are difficult to open wide enough to dispense the product. I contacted their customer relations and asked if I could get a new cap for a recently purchased hair product, and their response was for me to bring it back to where I purchased it. I ordered it online, I didn't walk into a physical store. The cap was not damaged, it is DEFECTIVE from the manufacturer. Big difference. The store where I bought it is not going to replace the cap. The manufacturer should replace the cap since they are the ones who manufacture and design the packaging. I am sure there have been other complaints about the caps, I can't be the only one to get a defective one. Sadly, they choose not to correct the problem.
