We brought VirtueCore in to help us strengthen and scale The Arbitrage Blueprint, and the impact has been significant.

From the outset, they took the time to properly understand our business, our offer, our audience and the areas that were holding us back. It never felt like we were receiving a generic agency service or being pushed through a standard template. Their team looked closely at how TAB operated and helped us improve the structure behind the business, rather than focusing only on surface-level marketing…

They have supported us with areas such as our sales process, offer positioning, operations, systems and the overall direction needed to grow more consistently. One of the biggest benefits has been gaining greater clarity and organisation across the business. We now have a much stronger understanding of what needs to happen at each stage, from generating interest and handling leads through to closing clients and delivering the service properly.

Their input has also helped us identify weaknesses we had become too close to the business to notice ourselves. They have challenged our thinking where necessary, held us accountable and helped us move from relying on ideas and inconsistent execution towards having clearer systems and processes in place.

VirtueCore has helped TAB become more structured, more professional and far better positioned to scale. We still understand that growth requires execution from our side, but having their strategy, systems and support behind us has saved us a significant amount of time, avoided unnecessary mistakes and given us much more confidence in the direction of the company.

It was a great experience. This was my first time hiring a VA, and I got guided through it. I got given tips on how to prepare to onboard a VA. They told me to prepare SOPs. They showed me different software that would allow me to actually train and manage my VA properly as well, so by the time I got one on board, everything will be set and ready.

They also sourced me multiple VAs for me to choose and review their CV. I ended up going with one, and when I realised that he wasn't the right person, they sourced me one a few times. I ended up working with that person for a few months, and it was a great experience. It was extremely coachable, showed up on time, did the work, and was excited to put in the work, so I'm very pleased with my experience.

Caleb and Samuel are really great, they have kept a consistent line of communication when helping with setting up my social media campaign, ads and have been a tremendous help with moving that in the right direction. The website and editing help has been very helpful so far and I really look forward to seeing what the future holds with growing my tutoring business and I have full confidence about the growth and strategy moving forward especially with their ideas for the future.
