I was worried I was going to get ripped…
I was worried I was going to get ripped off pay and they disappear . It all went smoothly they were very helpful in guiding me . My wedding officer was amazing kind and humorous . Even though it seemed kind of pricey not taking off work and gas prices made it worth it . Overall I would recommend over a trip to Nevada or the county office

This whole thing is a scam
This whole thing is a scam. We lost 3000 dollars on this. The only part that was useful was the lawyer - Diana but I had to pay her separately anyway, so essentially we paid 3000 to have the guy Andre find us a lawyer. Could have done it for free with a google search. BEWARE!

Virtual Same Day Marriage provides marriage-related services, including online ceremony coordination, filing support, and optional additional services. Immigration consultations and attorney involvement are separate services and are not automatically included in the marriage package.
It sounds like there may have been confusion about the difference between our marriage service, optional immigration support, and separate attorney services. We are not a law firm, we do not advertise ourselves as one, and we always recommend speaking with a licensed attorney when legal advice or representation is needed.
Many people choose to handle parts of the process themselves, hire an attorney directly, or use a service like ours for convenience and coordination. That choice depends on the client’s situation, urgency, and comfort level.

It’s legit!
Overall I had a really great experience with virtual same day marriage. The process was very straightforward and quick and my documents were immediately ready after the ceremony. They also had a variety of dates and times to pick from so you can pick what works best for you and your partner. Customer service is also great. I highly recommend them!

Unprofessional, Incompetent and Discriminated Against
Do not utilize this company to officiate your online Utah wedding.
My main complaint is that with the package I had purchased, I was supposed to receive a recording of the ceremony within 24 hours. It’s now been 21 days as of posting this review and still no recording.
I have emailed the admin and support emails multiple times about this issue and have yet to receive a constructive reply, but they did have the audacity to email me and ask for a review, so here we are.
Additionally, the officiant joined the Zoom call looking like they had just rolled out of bed, wearing a graphic t-shirt and hair barely looking done.
Yes, I understand that it’s a virtual wedding, however, it is still an important day for everyone else involved. I’m not expecting them to be dressed in Sunday best. But at LEAST business casual.
Lastly, with how my customer support request has been handled (IE not at all) I can only assume that the owners and operators of the company are personally prejudiced against my wife because of her nationality. The only other explanation would be incompetence.
Either way, neither of those things are what you want in a company handling such an important event such as a wedding.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in getting your ceremony recording to you.
To clarify for anyone reading: our Zoom recording system is normally automated, but in some cases the recording can be interrupted if the meeting is accessed too early, exited, and then rejoined later. That can cause the recording to be stored differently than expected and require manual retrieval by our team. Regardless, we understand that this should have been handled much faster, especially for something as important as a wedding ceremony.
Since then, we’ve updated our internal process so our team can manually locate and send recordings more quickly if the automated delivery does not work properly. We’ve also strengthened our follow-up procedures so support requests like this are not left unresolved.
We also want to address the concern about the officiant’s appearance. We agree that every ceremony, even a virtual one, deserves professionalism and respect. We’ve implemented stricter standards for officiant presentation so couples feel their ceremony is treated with the importance it deserves.
Lastly, we want to be very clear that we do not discriminate against clients based on nationality, background, or any other personal characteristic. We serve couples from many countries and backgrounds, and we take that accusation seriously. From our understanding, this issue was related to a recording and communication breakdown, not prejudice of any kind.
We apologize again for the delay and frustration. We are using this feedback to improve, and we appreciate the opportunity to address it publicly.
