Virtual Company Secretary incorporated our company and provide a registered office in Surrey as well as providing ongoing company secretarial support. When they set up the company for us they worked in conjunction with our IT provider in ensuring we had the domain set up we needed. Although we have other companies with other registered addresses, VCS have helped us to establish a local presence.
