My experience with Virtual Bay has been appalling. We paid for a functioning website and have been left chasing the same basic problems through weeks of emails, excuses and broken promises. I have completely lost confidence in this company.

Our testing exposed failed account registration, credit card checkout problems, missing order notifications and backend password reset issues. Even correcting our contact number and email address required repeated requests without resolution. On 20 October, the products were no longer displaying. An online store without products is useless to our business.

Management is aware of our complaints. Escalations to management and compliance have still produced no satisfactory resolution. In my experience, there has been a complete failure to take responsibility and deliver the result we paid for.

Adding insult to injury, Virtual Bay repeatedly asked us to remove our negative Google review while the problems remained unresolved. That is an outrageous request when we are still chasing delivery of the agreed work.

I feel thoroughly misled by assurances that have repeatedly failed to match our experience. We are now asking our banks to investigate the disputed payments as suspected fraud. That is a request for investigation, and reflects how seriously our trust has broken down.

We have wasted enough time chasing, explaining and giving further opportunities. Our request remains clear: deliver the fully functioning website agreed upon or refund our money.

Based on our experience, I would never recommend Virtual Bay or trust them with another project.

Buyer Beware

Don't walk, run far far away.
They tell you a price then as you go increase it. They don't finish the job.
But they do keep promising to.
