Steer Clear - Non-Responsive Service!
Support is virtually non-existent, I've been trying to reach them for weeks about an issue I've had and they don't respond, when they do they're polite but they "DON'T ADDRESS THE ISSUE" and hence I cannot recommend them any longer.
What is the point of having a web service chat, IF YOU DON'T EVER ANSWER OR REPLY Virtual-PhoneNumbers???
The service email goes through, and a ticket is created but then you click the link to see your tickets progress, and it goes to a dead page... REALLY!!!
Highly Disappointed with this company!!!
