Support is virtually non-existent, I've been trying to reach them for weeks about an issue I've had and they don't respond, when they do they're polite but they "DON'T ADDRESS THE ISSUE" and hence I cannot recommend them any longer.

What is the point of having a web service chat, IF YOU DON'T EVER ANSWER OR REPLY Virtual-PhoneNumbers???

The service email goes through, and a ticket is created but then you click the link to see your tickets progress, and it goes to a dead page... REALLY!!!

Highly Disappointed with this company!!!

Been trying for weeks to get them to respond to my problems with my lines which do not connect. Written e-mails. opened tickets. tried the alleged on-line chat. Zero response. Lost money, lost confidence, lost my patience. Will they respond to this?

They use also the website instantdidnumber.com. They are scammers. I've ordered from them a virtual number, and while ordering it was 0 setup fee in their pricelist. So I was offered to topup the account for manthly fee (3.50 USD). I pay 8 UST and after that got an e-mail that setup fee is 90 USD. Of course, it was not acceptable for me and I've asked for refund. But after that request I'm totally ignored and so ther stolen my $8. Look at their contact information - you'll understand more.
