I had a little situation with an order I placed with Virtual Ghost. With their website reading it was in stock I placed an order for the new Pimax Crystal VR headset (which is amazing by the way). Later I was a little disappointed to receive an email from Virtual Ghost informing me that there was no stock for my order. To my luck customer services reassured me that new stock would arrive within days and that they would see to it that my order was prioritised and dispatched asap and true to their word I got the VR headset delivered very quickly. I must say I was very impressed by the service provided during our email exchange, a huge thank you to Emily for her kind support!

After ordering the wrong item for my sons VR, the team changed my order which left it days before my son’s birthday, but they made sure I received it for his birthday , the team are very knowledgeable helpful and went out of the way to help and fix my mistake

Being pretty new to the world of VR, I really appreciated the helpful support of time and expertise that Virtual Ghost gave me before I placed my order. The whole team are knowledgeable and really friendly - no question was too small. The treadmill arrived quickly and as arranged, and super easy to set up. We are really enjoying it. VERY happy to recommend Virtual Ghost to anyone!
