If it would allow me to give less than one star I would. What a complete waste of money! This bra is nothing like the ones in the ad. They are very cheaply made and not at all supportive even with small breast!

I wish I would have seen these reviews before making a purchase. I ordered size E&F they send me A&D. Like wtf?! Along with ut taking over a month to receive my item. Then refuses to give me my money back or to even replace the product for the correct size. Their results is to refund me $6.00 for nearly $50.00 purchase! Bunch of BS. I will be reporting this as fraud and to the Better Business Bureau! Total scammers

These bras are nothing like they are advertised! No lift whatsoever. Thin padding, my boobs actually look saggy in them.

They sent an item that was no where close to what was advertised on the site and refused to issue a refund unless I paid for shipping- which was offered after repeated emails. They wanted to give me $12 back in a $100 order.

This is nuthin but a scam!!! I got the cheapest bra possible not even close to size ordered, cheaply made!!! Been almost 5 weeks fighting back and forth getting same crap emails from them saying refund was issued but still nothing!! No reason y I wouldn’t have it in almost 5 weeks so they are scammers!!!!

I’m only giving this one star because I have to or I can’t leave a review. First and foremost the product quality is absolutely ridiculous. The material is thin and cheap. The size is nowhere near my size. And their customer service is absolutely the rudest most difficult to deal with CA I’ve ever contacted. They don’t do refunds only exchanges and I don’t want to own such a trashy, cheap, worthless item of clothing. Never again, nor should you!!

They were doing a buy one get one free offer and after the conversions to AUD I paid over $60
What I received was one of the bras advertised and one utter piece of crap that wasn’t even the correct size.
I contacted the company and as per scam artist style they offer me $6 back as a refund. Customers need to know that they won’t receive what they pay for.

I wish I could leave zero stars. It’s been 7 months and I have not received my order. I have attempted to reach out several times regarding the eta of my order. The responses I received in the beginning was “please be patient while we are processing your order” to “your order has surpassed the return period and we cannot refund your money”! I still have not received my order. I was robbed of $90, this company stole my money.

These bras are a joke cheap material super thin have no support.tried to return did what they said but still no response.

I ordered 2 bras. The first time I put one on it snapped. And now they don't want to refund my money and take the return. Do not order from this company.

BEWARE. This company is a scam. No customer service, cheap quality product, and size guide not true. Broken promises of a partial refund if you keep the product only to not get the refund! Scare tactics that it will cost you lots of money to return product. They will ghost you after a couple weeks of communication. Product only good for fire starter.

WORST BRAS EVER!!! NOTHING LIKE THEY ARE SHOWN! TOOK OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVE. ONE BRA HAD A WIDE STRAP AND WIDE BAND THE OTHER BRA HAD SOME FLIMSY STRAPS AND WAS DANGLING BY ONE STRING FOR A STRAP. Terrible terrible bras

Absolutely the worst company and biggest scams. I purchased leggings for “tall” people. I’m only 5’7. I’m not kidding when I say they covered only to half of my shins. Then you try to contact them for a return as they tell you to. They don’t reply. It’s a huge scam and I’m going to be reporting them to the federal agency that deals with international exchanges.

Ordered on the 13th of febuary. Emailed several times. Asked for a refund since I wasnt getting a response. Got a response that they were on their way on the 22nd. Got a tracking number that is wrong. Now cant get ahold of anyone!!

DISPUTE CHARGES WITH BANK — AFFIRM IS IN THEIR FAVOR EVERY TIME. Quality is not what they advertise - it says 14 day hassle free money back gauranteee and the most they offered me from a $115 order is $36 refund. That’s the best they could do. If I wanted to return items I have to pay an expensive international shipping fee - and my refund isn’t gauranteed if the clothes get damaged on the way —- HOW CAN I GAURANTEE THAT? Don’t waste your money or time. They will not refund you - affirm won’t refund or dispute the charge either I had to take it up with my bank. Horrible company needs to be shut down everyone experiences this

Ordered 2 bras. They came the wrong size so I wrote to customer service and asked to just exchange them for a new size. They said no and that I would have to pay to send them back and they would refund me $8 of the $50 I spent. I said no way! I just want to exchange them for a bigger size. They again said no and offered my $8 again but I still would have to pay to send them back. I again said no. So they said I could keep the useless bras that don't fit and they would give me $16...I finally gave up and said fine, gimmie the stupid $16. I have been waiting over a month for the $16 and after about 10 emails back and forth I STILL don't have it. They keep telling me they have sent it. But I have called my bank and they have no refund being processed. I have given up trying. So I wasted $50 and have 2 bras that don't fit. I'm obviously trying to sell them but for now I'm out $50. This company sucks and they rip ppl off don't order from them!

I am currently in contact with customer service. I ordered 2 of the buy one get one free. The first bra was well made. Thick straps and 4 clasps in the back and nice stitching but the other colors I ordered are thin and small and fragile. Only two thin clasps at the back and the kind of strap that would dig into your shoulders. The material looks like it was sealed with no stitching so they are sure to fall apart. I am sure they wouldn’t hold up a teenager. This place is a scam.

Clearly not the only one here who thinks this company’s product is less than subpar; their customer service is even worse. Don’t waste your time with these people. Can’t even make it right for the sake of making it right.

It took over a month to get my order. Then when I got it 2 of my leggings where capris and the other was shorts. Amd i ordered flare leggings. I contacted the company and they acted like they was going to send me the right order. But never did amd a month has gone by. And now they don’t answer me back at alll. And what they send is made.very cheap. And nothing like what they say the sell. This is the worst company ever don’t waste your time

Spent $96.00 for two bras and two dresses - sizing is HORRIBLE and quality is a joke. Requested refund immediately and they said ship it back but wouldn't pay for the return shipping even though their website says if it's the consumer's fault the consumer will have to pay for return shipping. Clearly not my fault that their quality and sizing is garbage. They told me I could just keep the stuff and they would give me $30. when I said no and I wanted to speak to a manager they just kept repeating the exact same thing all we can do is give you $30. Unless you want to return it which by the way it's in China so it's going to cost me at least $70 to get it back there. Complete scam!!!! 😡
