Absolutely RUBBISH quality. DO NOT waste your time or money. The VIP is a trap. You cannot get you money back even if the content created is not even worth looking at. Forget about gaining business. Client will abandon you if you show them these ads.

Hi, this is just to let you know that this company is a full scam. Not only they create like super bad videos, is not the service that is dissapointing (which it is). IT is their subscription service, they charge you even after you fill the unsubscribe form.

I have been charged for 6 months without my approval even I send several emails to let them know I want to unsubscribe.

Garbage, waist of money.Spent 90 for 3 videos and still needs a lot of work to be done.Aldo they did a lot of mistakes in the video. At this point you better buy Ai subscription and learn how to do it by yourself.

Ecom Viral Adz is a complete disappointment. I switched from BandsOffAdz hoping for similar quality at a cheaper price, but it’s garbage. Their “VIP Subscription" is a scam, just 2–3 cheap image and video packages that are absolute trash. Editors have zero understanding of brand or product reputation, and most of the work is copy-pasted junk. I requested fixes multiple times, and 90% of the time they claimed I didn’t purchase certain services. This platform exists only to squeeze money from users. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t waste your time or money.

they literally outsource to the cheapest 3rd world video editor for $5 dollars on fiverr.

and the video ad is so BAD that it could literally be made by ME in 2 seconds on canva...

And THAT'S why they say 24 hour turn around time because it's garbage.

I got their trust through testimonials with BIG ECOM YOUTUBERS being mentioned on their homepage, but it's all just ONE promotion scheme/collaboration.

If I could rate no stars, I would!!! Please save your money and get your ads elsewhere. Their ads quality are horrible, they copy other peoples video.. cut and edit them and sometimes those videos doesn’t even have a connection with your ads. I bought their packages filled with hope because of their fake reviews on their website but I should’ve read their reviews on reddit or trustpilot. It was a complete total waste of money. DO NOT BUY THEIR PACKAGES IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Don't waste your money! They basically take your money, you then need to contact them to explain what your product is then they will find your competitors products and put rubbish together

They do not listen to what you say prior to creating ads. Communication is once maybe twice a day at 2am. Not helpful or understanding, don’t care about you as a customer after not following your instructions

They put the bare minimum into the ads, zero communication from the video editors, and complete failure to adhere to my advertisement specifications.

Ads from this company will not convert, plain and simple. Heed this warning and do not waste your money on this company and their service.

And what's more, no refund policy on memberships or purchased ads, even with the horrible quality.

A one-star review feels extremely generous.

Als VIP Kunde bekommt ihr das Video nicht wie versprochen in 24h, sondern 2-5 tage, dann muss was überarbeitet werden, es dauert lange bis mann eine antwort bekommt , dann muss man noch udn nochmals nachfragen,die seite ist dazu noch sehr schlecht aufgebaut,spart euer geld und kauft woanders eure videos

The quality of their advertising materials is absolutely terrible. It’s comparable to ads from 2005. And it’s not worth a single cent. This is just another scam service pretending to be advertising professionals. With their materials, you’re guaranteed to lose money, and your CTR will be zero. You could create better advertising materials yourself, even if you know nothing about it. I can’t even imagine who’s responsible for creating their ads

They are biggest scammer I have ever seen i my life think twice before working with them I am not sure how they are running a company like this and not exposed yet

Horrible ads, no way anyone can make money with these ads in 2024. In 2014? Sure. We live in a different era and these video editors clearly dont know 1 thing about making profitable ads.

Horrible Customer Service They respond once Every 3 Days and The Ugc Creators respond in 2 days even Worse They have 1 customer support VA named Travis He takes 2-4 days to respond to your messages Horrible service.

Those people have nothing to do with marketing and ads. I purchased VIP, then paid more for useless Tiktok videos ads. Anyone can find way more free professional video on internet and can easily adjust them using CatCup. I am very disappointed and I don't recommend this service at all !

Prévention pour tous les français, n'achetez pas c'est un énorme scam. Les consignes ne sont pas respectée j'ai demandé 3 consignes simples il en on realisée que 1 seule cest excessivement cher et le service est MÉDIOCRE les vidéos sont faites à l'arrache. Les vidéos sont excessivement mal construites ils mon fait un vieux montage avec une vidéo aliexpress et deux vidéos de mauvaise qualité sur YouTube avec pour une d'entre elle un produit de la marque xiaomi la vidéo est inutilisable c'est un énorme SCAM. Ne perdez pas votre argent vous pouvez faire mieux qu'eux avec n'importe quel logiciel de montage vidéo en 5 minutes. Le montage vidéo est digne d'un stagiaire de 6eme qui a pas envie de travailler.
