This is my second time I’ve purchased from VIP Fan Auctions and it has been flawless every time. Their site never crashes, the pictures accurately display items for sale, and their packaging/shipping is great! I look forward to future auctions with them.

The bidding process was easy, easy to check out, I got everything delivered quickly and safely, no damage, I'm really happy with the process and super glad I got to bid on these items.

Good communication and I was emailed the entire process. My package was well packed and well delivered.

The belt of the item I received was tearing off of the tunic. There was no indication of this in the description.

The idea of bidding on authentic movie props was all new to me and I just happened to learn about an auction with items from a movie that meant a lot to me. Through all of the process VIP Fan Auctions made it clear what I needed to do register and bid on items and what the end costs would be. It was nice to be able to put in maximum bids that automatically responded to other’s bids without me camping on the process. After winning a few items, the payment process went smoothly, and they carefully packaged the items to protect them and shipped them quickly and they arrived in perfect condition. They take their Certificates of Authenticity very seriously, and have the contacts and do the proper research. Even after the sale, when I brought up that maybe the CoA might be open to some changes, they put in the time and effort to do the careful research and identify the ground-truth about things. I feel like you can count on them to not over- or under- estimate the item’s use — you can trust them to provide the most accurate assessment. If you are like me and just didn’t even know that buying movie props was a possibility, you can trust VIP Fan Auctions to be honest and help you though the process and end up with a meaningful artifact of your own from a movie that affected you. I am very pleased to have done business with them, and I give my highest recommendation for them in this esoteric field.

we have been using VIP since 2018. Always professional and prompt with delivery. Top notch all the way.

The only complaint I have is the limited amount of actual prop items that have been available for sale recently. Seems clothing items are the main focus or maybe these items are the easiest to sell or made available by the movie companies.

I have participated in bidding on VIP Fan Auctions for roughly 10 years now (that includes their eBay days) and always enjoy viewing the film props on their webpage. Their presentation of items is always informative. Their blogs on featured items are fun to read when available.

I'm always surprised how fast, from film and tv props, they have ready for auction from latest productions. On items I have been successful in, payments, fees, and shipping costs are clear. This is important especially on high bid items and larger items to make informed bids.

Communication with the their team is prompt and professional. I reached out to them once to correct my payment; and they reached out to me once when the original winning bid did not fulfill their end and I was given an opportunity at my bid.

An overall enjoyable experience in film prop collecting.

Easy to use platform once registered to bid. Surprisingly fast turnaround time after the auction to receive my items. Everything was packaged with care, double boxed with lots of packing material, and all documentation was included in separate cardboard mailers inside the box as well. Been buying from VIP for over 10 years, and in my opinion they are one of the best auction houses for buying original props and costumes.

despite the somewhat strange bidding styling the overall ease of payment and quality in shipping is completely superb! As someone whose worked with propstore and other various prop specific businesses to have my item arrive in one piece is absolutely paramount, and fan auctions definitely delivered. 10/10
