Avoid

I paid £54.99 to have some garden doors delivered by LeaderOnline. I received multiple messages saying my delivery was on the way, then that the driver was an hour away. So I thought I would click on the tracking link to see where the driver was and it said they had attempted delivery 10 minutes ago and they could not deliver the items. No one had attempted a delivery. I was sat in my front room overlooking the drive and no deliver van turned up. Checked my ring camera as well and no one attempted a delivery. When I rang to ask where my delivery was I was told there must have been an issue with the items being available! So why then did I receive a text confirming they had been dispatched and were an hour away. I know have no confirmed delivery date,

I was kept informated regarding the delivery times, which were updated and then the actual delivery was earlier. Both the gentlemen were very friendly and polite, and everything ran smoothly.

What more could you ask for.

Excellent service from Sonny

Excellent service from beginning to end. Was notified of delivery of a garden gate a week in advance and was updated during that week to confirm still on track and given tracking number to check myself. On day of delivery was given a time slot by Sonny, the driver, was updated by hi as time slightly altered and phoned again as neared my address. Delivered as promised, no damage, and a very pleasant guy.

I honestly had the best experience with…

I honestly had the best experience with both LeaderDirect and VIPdelievered . Initially ordered 6doors to a wrong address via ebay but they helped me get it cancelled on time. Then I ordered 6 more to correct address and had issues as they were not in stock (ordered B-grades solid doors for £25 each and free delievery) waited for the delivery date and due to stock issues I ordered again 6 more to show them that ebay showed they were in stock(so 2 orders of 6 doors) called them and rebooted delievery and surprised to see all 12 doors being delievered. I called and explained and they were super kind and booked a collection for the extra 6, driver came, picked them un and got my refund without any issues(about 10 days)I was so happy with the quality and price that I placed 2 more separate orders and both arrived as promised this time. Very very happy overall
Although they were advertised to be damaged, they looked great having some minor damage but fixable.
I don't remember the names of all drivers but the last one was such a pleasure to deal with ( Tanase ) extremely kind, helpfull and pleasant chap. I really am happy with all 3 successfully orders and a free collection of the surplus so 4 interactions. Phone operators always helpfull and honestly am your loyal customer going forward.
It saddens me to see so many negative reviews here as it's unfair. People should understand that it's 2 companies together delivering and supplying and things can go wrong sometimes but they really are good people and they are trying hard to make customers happy. Thank you both

I ordered some doors from Leader doors…

I ordered some doors from Leader doors and stayed at home on the delivery day nothing arrived the next day i was sent a text saying they had tried to deliver but no one was at home and a picture taken down my drive if they did come to the door they were very quiet as i did not hear a thing and now it would be a further £21.00 for re delivery which i have now paid to Leader so who is making this extra delivery money having already paid £36.00 for delivery this seams like a convenient way of making more profit on the doors and a scam

Order placed online with SP Online for flooring. Due on the the 30th January. Completely wrong delivery despite the correct Post Code. Call from the driver to say he would get a Manager to call. Never happened. I called on the following Monday to reschedule and confirmed the address again. Wednesday delivered FAILED AGAIN FOR THE SAME REASON. Many calls to VIP Delovered with no resolution and they wouldn't bother about delivery until Momday 9th. Singularly the worst experience of online shopping amd delivery ever. Even their complaints process is very difficult.

Went to the completely wrong address

Went to the completely wrong address, driver couldn't be bothered to check the address, just typed the company name on maps and went to the wrong facility. He also texted a landline number and was confused why noone was answering. Still haven't heard back since.

No method of contacting them

No method of contacting them. Webpage goes to an under construction page. Told today Friday, delivery Monday. No use to us and no way of telling them. Was privided a phone number from another source, but no one on the line until wait for it. . . MONDAY

Very stressful, very unfair. I blame them and the floor selling company as they should have allowed one working day after notification so that they could have sorted out the madness. Who books a delivery without a method to change the delivery date. I believe that 1/5 is generous based on my stressful experience today and how stressful Monday is going to be if they leave the flooring in the rain OR the seller demands a second delivery payment due to the poor arrangements

We have ordered some doors

We have ordered some doors, which were to be delivered by VIPdelivered. They were initially to be delivered 2-3 weeks ago, but we were awaiting a delivery slot. We eventually were given a delivery slot last week, with an estimated delivery time of am, which then changed to early afternoon, then early evening, then late evening, then the delivery did not happen that day. We were rescheduled for the following week, for early afternoon, then it changed to early evening, then late evening, then the delivery did not happen, despite the tracking app showing that the delivery was on its way, and was 1 minute away. This 'one minute away, was shown on the tracker all through the night to next morning.

I could not get in contact with anyone in the evening, so tried first thing in the morning. I've been told the delivery will be rescheduled to next week, and that there is no supervisor/customer complaints section I can complain to, and can't get a refund/discount, and the 'customer advisor' ended the call. I've never had such poor service (certainly don't feel like I've had VIP treatment!) and, if anything, am starting to suspect that I've been subject to fraud. Don't use this company under any circumastances

What an absolute joke

What an absolute joke. The guy turned up at 8.30 to which I was on the school run and hadn't checked my phone at 6am to see what time he was coming. I rang him, he told me he would come back on his way somewhere else around 12.30. He never showed so at 1pm I called him again as I was waiting in and needed to go out. He said he would now be back at 3pm so I made sure I was home for that time. At 5.30 he called and said he wasn't coming and I had to call them to re arrange delivery so I did this they said they couldn't because they hadn't had it back yet and would call me the following day. They didn't call so I called them and requested a call back on their robot service which said they would call by the end of the day. The didn't.... Instead they sent me an email telling me they were holding my parcel until I paid an extra £21 for it to be re attempted. I asked for a refund which has taken 3 days for a response and now they are telling me it will take 2 weeks for my refund to come back to me and they are taking the delivery fee out of my refund. Waste of time and money. Don't use this service unless you can guarantee you are home ALL day form VERY early.

Zero stars is to much

If I could give zero I would. Terrible damage but still deliver to customer. David seemed trust worthy, so left him to it. Signed my name fraudulently. Now I know why he didn't call me to show me. Broken and damaged panels and straps from leader on line. Delivery was delayed as it was. I would love to share photos with customers.

0 Stars - What a poor delivery service

What a poor delivery service. Had a delivery arranged for 31/10/25. I saw the van pull up at the end of my drive and thought great they have arrived. I opened my garage door so they could put my delivery inside, went back inside to talk to my wife, went back outside and they had driven off. They made no attempt to knock my door, it must have been the 50ft walk that put them off!! Spoke to the customer services and the wanted me to pay an extra £21 for their lazy drivers. Steer clear if you see this company being used for their delivery service.

Spoke with VIP customer services and they were not interested, they may as well have called me a liar and that their drivers wouldn’t do such a thing. Well they did!! Very arrogant call handler with very little sympathy. He was only interested in a recharge and was more than happy to return your order to sender!! If I could rate 0 stars I would.
