Never got my key

Never got my key, when I went to log in to my account it showed the key I bought last year, but the new one never showed up, I tried to chat with customer support but he was asking for order number, which I gave him every number the emails sent me and he just replied with a "?"
I mean if the number was wrong just tell me where to find it, not a "?" Pretty disappointing

Excellent service

I was pre-ordering items before finishing my pc build and actually ordered the wrong operating system key. Support was extremely helpful and worked well with me to obtain the correct key. My system is running smoothly. Thanks

The item I Goot, but!

The item I purchased worked. That is good enough. BUT(!) the price I had to pay, for that item, was higher than that was posted in the email. In the US of A it is defined as "Bate and switch". Yet, it was a decent value
