Excellent service from VIP Booking
Excellent service from VIP Booking! Mauro was allways frandly helpfull and fast in answering. They were very accomodating because we had to cancel under unusual circulstances.

Helpful and very friendly
VIP-Booking are very nice and kind people. The contact was unsophisticated and friendly. They are very flexible and gave us a treat by thinking of Kids Bed/chairs and other important things to us. They asked what our needs are and were willing to really help us at any time.

Uncomplicated cancelation due to corona
We booked the apartment in Levanto and were really looking forward to our vacations. Unfortunately the swiss government has decided one day before our departure to add Liguria to the list of regions that require quarantine on the return trip. No problem for VIP-booking, we got our payment back immediately and uncomplicated! We will certainly try again next year and hope the corona crisis will be over by then

Der Kontakt zur Agentur war sehr nett! Danke für den guten und hilfreichen Service. Wir mussten leider unseren Urlaub in Ligurien stornieren, auf Grund der aktuellen Situation mit COVID-19. Wir hatten bereits vor 2 Jahren unseren Urlaub im wunderschönen Haus von Mauro verbracht und werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Excellent Professionalism
Hi, I booked an apartment managed by VIP-booking in Champoluc, Italy from 14th Mar for 7 days. It became very evident that travel there would become very difficult due to COVID-19. I had booked through airbnb.com and was way past the free cancellation period. However, Mauro who manages the property was very understand of my situation, basically having to self quarantine for 2 weeks on my return to Ireland and without hesitation offered to refund the full host cost to me. The money was refunded within 48hrs. This was all done prior to flights being cancelled and the Aosta valley being closed. This level of understanding and professionalism was greatly appreciated. I have no hesitation recommending VIP-Booking and Mauro. Regards Karl
