A Life-Changing Experience – Highly Recommended!

I recently completed my yoga teacher training at Vinyasa Yoga Academy, and I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are looking for an environment that truly nurtures your practice and prepares you to teach with confidence, this is the place to be.

The training itself was, hands down, the best experience I’ve had. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and passionate. They don't just teach the poses; they dive deep into the philosophy, anatomy, and the art of sequencing, ensuring you leave with a comprehensive understanding of what it means to be a yoga teacher. I felt supported throughout every step of the journey.

Beyond the academics, the living experience was fantastic. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, providing the perfect sanctuary to rest and reflect after long days of practice. The food was also a major highlight—delicious, healthy, and nourishing, which made a huge difference in keeping my energy levels high throughout the training.

I went to the school and the teaching is fine. Good quality of the yoga program. Nice people. However I think the school should take a look on the hygiene in the kitchen. It is awful! I know that India doesn’t have the same standards as we do in the west, but so many of us was sick because of the food. I had diarrhoea almost doing the whole stay, and was sick in the end.
The staff was very helpful during that period.

It has been an unforgettable experience. Originally, I came to Vinyasa Yoga Academy to get the 200YTT certification for Hatha and Ashtanga, it was such a good experience that I couldn’t leave so soon, I decided I wanted to stay longer from the first week! Teachers are amazing, humble and full of knowledge; the staff is just lovely and the organisation is higher than the average standards in India definitely! I decided to continue with the 300h certification for holistic yoga right after and I am extremely happy with my decision. Still not ready to leave my new Indian family but sure that it won’t be a goodbye but a see you later ! ❤️ Thank you for make these months soooo special ❤️ Namaste

I just came back from the 200hours TTC and can highly recommend this school if you are looking for devoted and qualified teachers, a nice schedule and beautiful place where you are not too far from the high life but also isolated enough to devote yourself to the teacher training. The food was very nice and diverse, the people in the ashram super lovely and helpful. :)
