Commande passée en décembre 2020, jamais reçue à ce jour. Une dizaine de messages envoyés sans la moindre réponse. Une escroquerie pure et simple. À fuir !!!

STAY AWAY! Vintage Straps is a complete fraud. I ordered and payed in early January.
Never received my strap or an answer to at least 5 e mails. Wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering.

Ordered a watch strap in January 2019. They took the money (of course) but no sign of the strap 6 months later, no response to e-mails or any other communication since. AVOID THIS SELLER!!!!

4-6 wks standard manufacture and delivery turns into 5-6 months!!!

Their quality of handmade straps are good but the rest such as timing and customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Avoid!

Ordered two straps in October 2018. Having past the 4-6wks schedule I emailed them at least 3 times. No response. No phone number to call either. Out of the blue receive the straps in May...They seem to be living on a different planet. I’ll never use them again. Plenty of great hand made straps out there.

No delivery for more than 6 months, and no response for more than 20 emails and messages. I had to involve the European Consumer Center to finally get the straps.
Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Avoid them if you value your money and time!!

Really bad site, more than 6 month for delivery, product of poor quality and wrong size of the band. Stay away!!!!!

The site should be shut down they take the money and never ship anything.

I hope you will read these comments before making your purchase on Vintagestraps. They are thieves. You pay but you will not receive anything. I wrote several emails, no answers. my purchase was made around March 20th and since nothing. I put one star because I could not put zero, which would have been the exact number.

Unfortunately I too have become a victim of this company. Took my money, never sent the product and never responded to any emails. I wish I had researched them beforehand.

Paid money 10 months ago, sent numerous emails. Nothing. Pure theft. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I had read about this company before parting with my money. Too late now, I am another victim of this scam. Watch strap ordered 3 months ago and nothing. Out an out THEFT. There are plenty of genuine business selling a similar product. AVOID THIS ONE

Same story: Ordered a strap in October and since now, there is no feedback or information from vintagestraos.it. I think my money is gone.

Placed my order in the beginning of June. Did not receive my straps within 30 days. Wrote several e-mails to Vintagestraps regarding the delay in September and October with no response from them. Even had the payment service provider contact seller with no response. Received my order in December. The product i received was not what i had ordered. Avoid this company at all cost.

Order was placed and payed for in May 2018 for two straps. Enquired about the delay in June, July, August, and September, but never got any reply to any of my emails and letters. Even asked for cancellation and a full refund, but never bothered to reply. It has been five months now and still no answer. Obviously, they are here to take the money but not to deliver or provide customer service. If I had googled around, I would have quickly found out that they cannot be trusted. My mistake, but it does not have to be yours. Avoid at all cost.

I made a purchase 2 years ago after a great delivery delay. The product was good though. Now i ordered and payed for a new leather watch strap since June 2018 but after 4 months , the delivery that was supposed after 30 working days maximum, has not shown. No answer to my emails.
