I wrote a review before and put one but it was a mistake it was meant to be about Richmond antiques so I've put five on this to balance it out

Really pleasant experience and nice guys at the vintage roadshow Dudley drive Morden, sold an old watch and got a decent price for it. Well worth a visit!

Went to a roadshow last month. Took an 18ct diamond & sapphire ring.
Was offered £100 straight away. When questioned that due to it being 18ct gold offer was upped by £20.
Still not convinced I got the best deal - wish I had taken elsewhere for a second opinion.
Lesson learned, do your research.

I took some unwanted items to a valuation in SE London. Debbie dealt with us and I was very happy with her valuation. I believe the service was fair and trustworthy. I would use them again.

Good efficient service, realistic valuation

I had some gold just sitting about not being worn so took it along to a roadshow in Dulwich and Debbie was amazing. She was reassuring and I felt safe speaking to her.
They were professional, honest and made fair offers.
I was in and out very quickly and do not regret going.

Nice and easy. I got rid of a lot of broken silver and rings I'd never wear. Had Debbie's evaluation and all seemed fair. Happy with how it all went.

Very quick valuation and polite service. Fairly happy with the prices quoted. Seemed genuine. No pressure which was comforting.

Really pleased I made the effort to take my box of “bits” today and met Debbie, great having some cash rather a few things that have been tucked away in drawers for several years.
Even a some old cameras.

I was delighted when I got a leaflet through the door about the Vintage Roadshow happening in Teddington, as I had got a small collection of old jewellery ready to cash-in somewhere, but I hadn’t got around to it. I went and was offered a good price for a watch, gold ring and some silver. I saw Deb and the whole thing was done in just a few minutes!! Happy customer 😊

Took a few items mainly, silver mainly for my parents. I was met by Debbie who after checking the items, took them away to weigh them and chat with her colleague, before coming back with an offer.
The items were shut away in draws so the offer was very good and accepted.

We had a visit from this team in our village today so took opportunity to take in our aunties costume jewellery/watches and coins. James was extremely helpful and he gave us a very good deal . Thank you

I had professional and fair advice for the items I took along to the roadshow. I did not feel under pressure to sell if I didn’t want to but was happy to sell as a very reasonable offer was given. Thank you.

Very knowledgable members - I had my coins valued instantly and thought they weren’t worth anything, I had the opportunity to find out.

I visited the Roadshow at North St Halls, Hornchurch on 13th of April. Firstly the venue was very inviting, central and easy to find and I was immediately welcomed by a member of staff on entry. I was initially seen by Debbie who was very friendly and professional, and showed a genuine interest in my items, giving me some brilliant advice about their history etc. also showing me a helpful App. that I could use in the future. She was very honest in saying that she wasn’t to sure about the correct valuation of a particular pocket watch that I showed her, so rather than just “pluck a number out of the air” she took the time to introduce me the Colin who had excellent knowledge and was also very friendly and who after a nice long chat, came up with a great offer for my watch, which I immediately excepted. Going by my personal experience, I would definitely recommend this Roadshow Service to anyone thinking of going along!..👍☺️..

I attended the event today and have nothing but positive feedback for Colin and the team. The team provided thoughtful, expert advice that really helped me make the right choice, and their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Took about 20 watches and some were of high value. Was offered £15 for the lot! What a waste of time and an Insult. I would rather give it to charity.
The most disappointing thing was the attitude of the person, very abrupt and rude. Why behave this way?

Update: I regretted coming and did not appreciate the attitude. I felt intimidated for asking a question. It was an uncomfortable experience.
