Crooks - the customer service clerk answered the phone “would you like to close your account” like obviously this happens all the time. They just steal peoples $30 until someone notices.

Make sure the report is not a package type one
After purchasing a single report for a potential purchase of a vehicle. I was charged again every month for the report. I ended up emailing their support center and apparently they refunded me the whole amount that was charged to my credit card. So I was thankful to the support center in refunding me the amount charged. I have changed my report average rating.

Company is a scam. I have been charged, without my consent, $28.95 per month for an annual subscription I never took out. I authorized a single VIN search for the sum of $1.00 only. Feb-Apr 2004
