After reviewing the case, we must say that we are confused.
Although our response time might have been slightly longer due to the long weekend last week, most of your messages were responded to within only a few hours, while the longest response time was still well within 24 hours.
Although you mentioned in your review that you did not receive any parts, we can clearly see that you ordered a strut on July 5th at 3h10pm and it had already been delivered by UPS on July 7th at 3h50pm.
We had to flag your reviews multiple times as these are dishonest, filled with false statements including serious false allegations and you keep changing your version of events.
We understand that you might not have noticed that one of the products ordered had a longer processing time. However, the estimated processing time was clearly indicated on the product page and our representatives corroborated it.
All members of our Sales Team have been very transparent, patient and respectful since the beginning. On the other hand, our system shows that you overwhelmed our sales department with over 50 messages in the last few days and due to your aggressive behavior, to several threats and hate messages that you sent to our representatives, along with the fact that you were blackmailing us, we were in the obligation to refuse you as our customer.
Your actions are not justified and we kindly ask you to cease your hostilities.
