Great experience with our first call
Great experience with Scott Carter who was very knowledgeable about the models currently on the market. We’re looking for a hybrid SUV and Scott helped us narrow the field to a short list of models. By the end of the call we had our first demo drive lined up. Friendly, transparent, and super knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend based on experience.

Communication breakdown
There’s no doubt that VINN is friendly and knowledgeable, but my experience wasn’t great as when I went to attend both my appointments at different lots, neither lot had record of me. What I do appreciate is VINN following up with the lots to discover the issue. If they can fix whatever communication break down happened then this service would be outstanding
