I'm disappointed that only days after purchasing ClipsReeelAi I'm having to contact support. With issues pertaining to the app and not functioning as as advertised. And Training??? well I guess I'm on my own. The Training on the dashboard doesn't actually have anything to do with using ClipsReelAi.
Which confuses me. Unfortunately from previous experience, I don't have a lot of faith in the support team.. and they probably don't intentionally run me around in circles until I give.... But not this time.
This time I either get what is promised and the ability to do something with ClipsReelAi or I will just simply request a Refund.
I can not and will make make a mistake and invest in a product that does not work for me.
I sincerely hope that they are able to fix the issues with me having to ask for a refund.
