Vin Data Report(VDR) 

This company is fraudulent and proports to give you a free report while at the end they request a $1 coverage fee and then continue to charge a $24 fee anytime they want. Now I need to cancel my card, file a claim, and reset all my autopayments. DO NOT USE.

Scam. Its not $1 they sign you up for a subscription of 24.95 MONTHLY. SCAM STAY AWAY

This is a scam. I was supposed to be charged only $1 for a report. They ended up charging 24.95 and this happens to be a monthly fee. I called their customer support and they said that it will send an email for confirmation in one minute, but never send me. A liar,

This company is shady. AVOID doing business with them at all costs. The VIN data they provide you is no better than the free VIN check companies and they yield the same results. CarFax is pricey but much better. I paid for the $1 one time VIN report and they charged me that plus the recurring $24.95 monthly payment without my consent. I never received any invoice, never opted into any recurring monthly charges, there was no fine print or anything stating there would be a monthly charge, yet they still do it anyway. This is highly illegal and 100% fraud. I am currently in the process of reporting this company and will do anything I legally can to keep them from doing this to anyone else in the future. They should not be in business. Because of this situation I am now waiting on a replacement bank card because even Wells Fargo deemed it as fraud.

I was told I was being charged $1 for one single report. First of all, the report I received was worthless. All information that is entirely accessible for free and gives no meaningful insight into the vehicle's history. The kicker is the $24.95 charge to my credit card. I called number from the website and discovered that I had been signed up for a recurring payment of $24.95 as well. None of this was mentioned, only the $1 report.

I received a confirmation email of my report. It did not provide an invoice or order # of any sort indicating charges or membership. The number in the email brought me to a 3rd party calling service who could provide me no information other than saying they would forward my complaint to their client.

I then called the number (800-720-4258) off the website and canceled the subscription that I never even knew about and requested a full refund. The representative said the money would be refunded in full and I have since received an email suggesting the same. I will watch my account in the next few days to confirm this or I will contest the charges through my credit provider.

They also requested an unusual amount of personal information when taking down my credit card info during the purchase. I fudged info that I knew was totally unnecessary for them to process the payment because it seemed very suspicious. I am seriously considering canceling my card out of precaution anyway.

In concert with the other reviews, they clearly demonstrate a pattern of deliberate malfeasance. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT USE!

This company is a scam they charge me$ 1.00 for reported then within a second charge to my account $ 24.95. I email and call no one return call they also text me I tried texting them no response. I close my account

total scam - they charged $24.95 when they were supposed to charge $1 and now that they have your credit card info nobody will help you

THIS IS A SCAM. They say they're going to charge you $1 but they tack on a 'membership' without telling you, for $24.95 a month. There is no customer service (the 800 numbers just ring and then hang up on you). They don't respond to emails. The report is crap - shows the info you can find online through a google search. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
