I bought 3 pairs of sneakers and 3 belts. 1 pair fit perfectly, 1 pair too big and the other poorly made (the joining of the material on the sole gave it a cheap look). The shipping took forever. Return shipping is horrific: I paid $71. 91. Customer service was good. The first call I placed, I spoke to someone, who was very plesant. Couple of times I got a voicemail and time the return someone answered. My emails were answered very promptly. Because of the return cost thatvis onbthe customer I would not be a returning customer.
**I ordered December 24th reached January 7th.
**Shipping payment at purchase: $12.91, return shipping cost: $71.91.
Restocking fee:$30
Restocking fee is $10 off every item that was purchased. ( 1 pair of shoes --$10, 1 belt -- $10).
The return was deposited back in 9 business days.

Received extremely poor quality footwear.

I was interested in a pair of shoes they had. I contacted customer service twice, and no response. I could tell, had I purchased an item and there was an issue, getting a hold of someone would be impossible. I'm so glad I didn't purchase anything. They really should thrive to answer questions.

Anyhow, this company is trying to imitate Vinci Leathers, which sells shoes. I think this site relies on customers to mistake the two.
