Be careful, they are completely dishonest people. They will not hesitate to promise you anything and will not keep their word. They also withhold information and pretend not to know about anything.

Megan at Vincere Homes has been brilliant from start to finish. Being British and never sold a Spanish property she guided me through the whole process and has gone above and beyond to help with barriers along the way. I was lucky enough to be recommended to Megan from Vincere homes when about to sell my property. She was so cheerful and enthusiastic about my house and said she was confident to sell it, She listed it that day, brought viewers the next and by that evening I had an offer of the full asking price. I had set the price myself, not the agency, therefore it all went so well. Throughout she was consistent, always available and dealt with everything regarding the legalities.

Vincere Homes- in the person of Megan for us - have kept the selling of our bungalow SIMPLE, FOCUSED AND HONEST. She said she'd sell it in a reasonable time and so she did.
