Ordered a Hoodie to there shop in Liverpool 1 not had any notification to collect it phoned 3 times no answer emailed 3 times no answer bought item through PayPal so will get my money back eventually just had email from vincentius to review my item of which I have not received they are a joke no customer service whatsoever

Made 2 fairly large orders online only 1 package arrived.
Emailed but no reply, cannot conatct via the telephone.
The Jeans which did arrive and was bought online 31October as Christmas present for my son. My son took them to exchange for a bigger size to the Liverpool shop was told he was only allowed to exchange at the Aintree Store. He then went to the Aintree store to be refused the exchange due to a 28day exchange policy despite their online conditions state anything purchased online from the 25 October can be returned until the 05 January with original proof which he provided.
A awful company with no aftersales Customer Service. I will not purchase anything ever again or recommend

Had plenty of issues ordering from this company but give them the benefit of the doubt as they are a local brand, will never order again items missing from orders constantly, receive different items constantly, quality of clothes gets worse, looking at the reviews they aren’t interested in customer service, starting to think the store is just a front for other business, if you want high quality clothes shop at ARNE, a proper company who looks after customers.
Ordered from here twice, first time I ordered I returned the order and the parcel went missing. Second time I ordered I done next day delivery before 2pm on the Friday to arrive Saturday, the parcel didn’t arrive till Tuesday morning.
I ordered 2 jeans. Only received one. I have emailed them several times but no response. Avoid the company. I paid for 2 received one and I cannot even return it.
