The product was not true to what I purchased. Sizing was way off. I ordered a Large size in a dress that came with a tag that had both Large and extra large tags on it but when I tried on it was a small. My daughter who is size 8 couldn’t even do zip up. When I advised them I wanted to return they said I was a couple of days outside return policy. I advised it was faulty, still refused. My friend also purchased a different dress which hers was the same - sizing and quality not correct. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Bought a top online when I recieved it looked nothing like the picture they advertise didn't sit the way it does in the picture and sleeves don't even fit my arm. The quality of material is cheap rubbish they try make out they are like a luxury clothing line they are cheap crap. Now arguing with them to try get a refund they should be reported and shut down for mis leading customers they way they do

I ordered the Jasmine Shell Pink Lace Dress and it’s awful, it’s cheaply made and sewn, the lining is see through and doesn’t fit even with measuring and using their guidelines. It also states no refunds offered which under Australian Consumer Law, "no refund" policies are illegal if the goods are faulty, unsafe, or not fit for purpose and this wasn’t fit for purpose. Save your money and time and don’t purchase through this company. The reviews are fake and they vet reviews on their page so honest reviews like this can’t be seen. Disappointing to say the least.

Paid $149 AUD for a cheap made product. The material is very thin and creases very easily. The sleaves also thin, nothing like the picture. The zipper is also very cheap. Very disappointed. This is something you would buy from Temu for around $30

Purchased the Jasmine dress it was cheap and nasty, nothing like the photo. Exchanged Jasmine dress for Mika dress, omg it only gets worse the fabric is like a vinyl and doesn't fit correctly even after following their sizing guide. Don't buy anything from Villa Vibes the product is not as described or looks like in photos. Complete rip off!

I would give no stars if at all possible. Advertised product pictured looks well made and of good quality. What I received lacks both of those things. Cheap Windcheater material that in no way matches the quality fabric pictured on their website or the colour. Returned it at my expense and requested a refund as the item did not match the picture or the quality paid for. Refused and have said I can only get a credit. I don’t want anything from them and now have to dispute the charge. Buyer Beware!
