Communication with Villa Finder staff was easy, friendly and couldn’t be more helpful.
Villa Arte was like our very own private resort. And exactly as the photos show.
Our family enjoyed this very relaxing villa and the wonderful Wayan who cooked great Indo breakfasts for us and couldn’t do enough to make our stay so comfortable. If you want to tear yourself away from your private oasis, you will find Villa Arte was close enough to walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach.
We only stayed for a week, but it was so easy to relax we felt like we had been away longer. We will certainly be back again.

From start to finish we had great service & assistance from the team at Villa Finder. We were delighted with our stay at Villa Nikaia. There were 7 of us who enjoyed the stunning living spaces & of course lounging around the beautiful pool. The staff were very friendly & helpful & we enjoyed accessing the local shops & restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful vacation in Koh Samui, once again staying in a villa in the area. I've been coming here for several years and always choose this type of accommodation because it offers privacy, comfort, and a perfect environment to unwind.

The villa I stayed in this time was no exception: clean, well-equipped, with a spotless pool surrounded by vegetation that provides incredible tranquility. The staff was friendly and attentive at all times, and any small need was promptly attended to.

It's an area I know well and never disappoints. For those looking to relax, enjoy the natural surroundings, and enjoy all the amenities, these types of villas in Koh Samui are an excellent option. I will definitely return. I want to give a very special thanks to Pittaya, who welcomed us to the villa. She's a lovely person, always attentive, kind, and willing to help at any time. We've known her for years, and as always, her warmth made us feel at home from the first minute

I totally agree with other reviews in regards to communication. Villa finder were excellent and prompt in responding to any queries we had and even went further by checking in with us regularly prior to us arriving. Can’t fault their customer service. Even the Villa manager popped in yesterday to meet us and to check that we were happy with everything.

The Villa itself we also can’t fault. The rooms were beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The pool / garden area is gorgeous and the day bed was big and comfortable.

It's simple, book with Villa Finder! Six of us had a wonderful 7-night stay in Nusantara Villa (No 6) Pererenan. The Villa Finder staff are absolutely exceptional. We booked about 4 months prior to our trip, and they assisted us every step of the way. Answering all our questions and concerns - plus I'm very type A and they tolerated me! The Villa exceeded our expectations, we knew it would be spectacular from the pictures, but we were still shocked and in awe when we saw it. It comfortably slept us all and is certainly big enough for groups/families etc. A special mention to the amazing Villa staff, pool cleaners, house keepers and managers who were always the most gracious and kind - we loved getting to know them. Highly, highly recommend both Villa Finder and this Villa - thank you!

I hosted a photographer's retreat at Villa Mannao from May 18th-23rd. We are a group of 8 photographers and we had the most amazing time at the villa. The villa is way more gorgeous than the photographers I saw on Airbnb. It is luxurious, spacious, well appointed and absolutely stunning! The rooms are so beautiful! The surrounding lawns and rice fields are lush and vast! It was like heaven on earth. The staff was just the best I have come across. Right from the time I booked the villa, to organizing all the details of the retreat, the sightseeing, the delicious food at the villa - all the arrangements were handled exceptionally well. They even booked the sightseeing entrance tickets for our group, made reservations at the restaurants we visited, organised an amazing live traditional Balinese entertainment for us at the villa, a yoga class and a beautiful cooking class in Ubud. They organized a birthday cake for one of us at very short notice and took such good care of us. I would like to mention the names of a few staff, who we interacted with, who gave us the best hospitality anyone can ask for - Ratih at their head office, who was my main contact; Ms Ayu, who took care of all the details once we arrived at the villa, and her staff Darsin & Putu! There were a few more staff who were extremely helpful and kind - I could not get their names unfortunately. We felt like they all were family. We even danced together on the last night. It was heartwarming and I would love to come back to Villa Mannao! I highly recommend it for groups of 8-16 people. I would give them 11/10! Thank you for the warmth & genuine hospitality!

We spent 7 nights at Villa Sanook and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa is located in a quiet, tranquil area—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The spacious layout, including a large kitchen and living area, made it feel like a true home away from home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are generous in size and beautifully maintained.

What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. They are absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made all the difference and really elevated our stay.

One of the highlights was a home-cooked meal prepared at the villa—it was truly 5-star quality and something we’ll never forget. Delicious, authentic, and made with care.

The customer service of villafinder was very good: helpful staff ( we were even called for answers on our ( European ) mobile phonenumber! ), quick reply, good advice, great service ( p.e. shuttle service to and from the hotel ). From my initial contact with Sharon at Villa Finder to the day we checked out the service was excellent. Sharon did some research until we finally agreed on Villa Jabali. Our stay at Villa Jabali was outstanding. Absolute paradise once you walk through the front gates. The service was exceptional with Ayu and Jai looking after us perfectly. The Villa was spotless and maintained beautifully. Wonderful to come back to relax and unwind after the chaos in the streets of Seminyak. I highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a piece of paradise.
