I didn't received one item of three…
I didn't received one item of three items I had ordered. Therefore, I emailed asking for investigating and sending the missing item. But the company said that it was delivered without investigating based on my explanation. So upset and disappointing situation.

Processing time, and non-existent customer service!
Processing time took long, customer service is non-existent through their email contact!
Perfume quality and scent is market average for what they claim as premium car perfume.
I gave them three stars just not to hurt their new business!

Best scent ever
Tobacco Vanilla from Vilicci is the best scent ever. I have purchased it multiple times as a gift. Everyone loves it. You can't go wrong with this product. Every time someone gets into my car they comment on how good it smells. I just love it.

It didn’t arrive on time and still didn’t get it and the volume option of the website is very confusing because it says 12ml( pack of 2 ) so is it 2 bottles of 12ml or 2 bottles of 6ml

A little bit of luxury for your car
I really like the scent I’ve ordered (Tobacco Vanilla.) It’s not overpowering- you get a hint of it here and there during your car ride. I was worried about the vanilla being too sweet, but it’s a nice balance overall. The small bottle is chic and I can tie the cord tight enough where it isn’t shaking around too much (I don’t like things hanging from my rear view mirror, but not a problem here!) Ordering was easy and shipping was relatively quick. I looking forward to trying other options down the road. Thank you!

I work at Carmax currently
I work at Carmax currently, and I step into different smelling cars daily. I smelled one car in particular and the Vilicci fragrance fallen angel, & instantly fell in love with it. I told myself I have to get this exact fragrance, I don’t think I could live without it. Bought it, and even gave one to my friend who is also in love with the scent for their car. Will definitely buy it again, and continue trying new fragrances.
