Vicky has delivered amazing customer support throughout the process. As a first time cruiser, she has explained everything and nothing was too much of a task for her! She's so friendly and I can't wait to buy her a drink once we are on board.

More than happy
I have been very satisfied with the service I have received from Vickl, she is approachable, helpful, finds the answer to any questions you may have, promptly, nothing seems to be too much trouble to keep the customer happy. I have received an excellent service from her and would use this firm again as well as recommend to others. Very satisfied customer.

Vikki was very friendly anything you asked her she either knew the answer or got back to you with the answer very quickly. The whole transaction was easy and the monthly payment scheme was great help.
