I recently used their service for inter-city home shifting. Ranveer and team arrived before the scheduled time, and the packing was done efficiently. Pickup and dispatch were completed as planned, and the truck also reached the destination early.
However, item handling during loading could have been more careful—there was an instance where a packed box was placed inappropriately in the corridor. The bigger concern was at the destination, where unloading was delayed by about 3 hours due to poor coordination. Communication during this time was not effective, and multiple follow-ups were needed.
Overall, the pickup and transport were smooth, but the experience would have been much better with consistent service and coordination during unloading.

Used the services for local shifting, hassle free, stress free and one of the best movers and packers I have hired in recent times. Great coordination by Mr. Ranveer coordinating at the site throughout the day. Worth every rupee spent.

The company is so unprofessional and having big attitude that they don’t want to take efforts to explain the shifting quotation to their client. First of all the quotation sent was not having details of items that will be packed and shifted and then I asked them to explain the details, rather than calling and explaining the quotation, they are saying that you understand the quotation yourself and should not bother them. I would not recommend this movers and packers to anyone. Lots of other options are available

This company delays delivery with constant lies of delivering goods the next day. Helpline number is useless as the person will not help but will talk rudely leading to arguments. He will threaten to damage goods and demand money. If you want peaceful relocation NEVER available service from Vijay packers and logistics. They are the worst !!
