SCAM WEBSITE, DO NOT USE. My friend used this website to obtain visas to Vietnam, as did my parents. They both got to the airport and were told that they didn't have visas so couldn't board the plane. It cost them both $1000 AUD to obtain urgent visas. When confronted the company queried how the airline could check official documentation (they can, as can you) and advised that the airline hadn't checked the immigration approval website properly. I had checked the website as I did my visa through the official embassy website and the visas didn't come up. They send a very real looking fake visa and it will cost you a lot of money to fix this at the airport. Absolutely disgraceful scamming conduct. If you are booking visas to Vietnam use the official government website through the link through your embassy or smart traveller (red and blue colours

Just got my visa from this website but I paid twice the amount I’d have paid if I got it from the legit govt website! I got tricked into believing it’s a govt website because of the govt.vn suffix - I missed the dodgy “t” after gov :(. Even after getting the visa I was worried if it’s a valid one and had to call their “support”, after several failed attempts was able to get an evidence for the visa.

Save yourself money and headache and go to the trusted government website for a viet visa.

They charged you super urgent fee for super urgent processing time but they will send you a message saying that the immigration system is under maintenance and visa cannot be processed urgently.

They said they will refund but let's see

Success with this provider! Our family of four received our evisas in the expedited manner requested; they were responsive and the visas were legitimate. They were a little pricey - but the piece of mind by having this completed was well with it.

Do not trust this company!
They charged an exorbitant fee instantly.
They promised to deliver my visa in 48hrs. They never delivered it. I was left at the airport on arrival with NO VISA and more than a week later, NO REFUND despite their empty promises.

None of the phone numbers listed on vietnamvisa are answered or responded. Chat site doesn't work.
I requested 4 hour super urgent visa at 00.45 am Vietnamese time for 159 AUS dollars and I had a reply on Saturday night stating It will be issued by 19.00 Vietnamese time on monday and if I want earlier I must send the ticket and prepared to pay more . 12 working hours to issue visa despite applying for 4 hour visa. I wrote to them my flight is at 14.00 from Perth. There was no reply whole Sunday. I changed my airline ticket as I felt this website is not caring just after money. I got the visa around 18.30 pm on Monday but name back to front. I wanted a reassurence or confirmation from them to make sure its ok. But no one replied. Luckily visa was accepted. Air line allowed me to board. You judge and decide.

Visa Is legit. Paid for fast track but didn’t use and honestly would be a waste of money. They have honoured my refund, they respond to emails in good time. I had a pleasant experience. Also had to pay extra two business day, which it says everywhere on the first page that’s standard time but when proceeding it changed to ten days. So I would just say book directly through embassy and save extra money. But it is all valid :)

The service was prompt to request further supporting documents until the refund request was asked, no approval letter was sent hence the refund was still possible at that stage.

This is a terrible service who seems to be money-thirsty and ignores customer's request. They ignored my refund request for a few days and came back requesting more documents and did not mention anything about the refund.
paid $75 AUD for a 1 month e-visa entry, this is a rip off!!

Be mindful of their IMPRACTICAL refund and cancellation policy,
"It is important that should you wish to cancel or get free changes for your visa application with *their website* you must send us an email in 5 -10 minutes after applying successfully to prevent any unnecessary cost being incurred. After this time, your visa application will be auto-processed with all information you provided. Once an approval letter has been sent to your email address, we are unable to reimburse you the visa fee and any amendment will be charged."

BASICALLY they give you a 5-10 minutes window to cancel the application via E-mail ONLY. This is a tokenistic approach instead of saying NO REFUND!

Here's an idea you a**holes. Update your sh!t so travelers can only put their full name in parts, you know exactly what you're doing and are absolute @unts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
