We had a problem with my wife's Visa. We made it through the official website and the got her birth teaw wrong and rhr passport expiration date wrong.

We needed a new Visa asap, we talked with them on the phone (we called tolhe number on the website) and after that we talked with them on the website chat. We completed the application, we paid the urgent feed and they gave us a Letter for Visa on Arrival in 45 minutes so we could board our plane.

When we arrived in Vietnam somebody was waiting for us at the airport with the Visa printed and everything was okay. So, thank you for the help and we can totally recommend this service! And don't forget fo always check your personal information on the Visa.

The experience is smooth and easy. The application form is straightforward, once you've submitted it you get an immediate email confirmation. The support team will reach out almost instantly if any document is not accurate requesting that you share the revised by mail. They are responsive to any inquiry and will provide timelines and status updates by mail. Received the e-visa 8 workings days after applying.

It's very unclear whether this is a real company or a scam. Here's my experience:

I forgot to check if I need a Visa for Vietnam. 24 hours before my flight, I noticed: I need a Visa!

So I gave this company a try. The pricing on the website is confusing. Also, the URL (govt.vn) is misleading, as this is NOT a governmental organization. Also, I checked the reviews here on Trustpilot and it's 50/50. So: I was up for an adventure.

I had to go for the fastest option (4 hours), costing me $139 USD + $45 USD = $185 USD.

A risky investment.

But it was worth it: The communication was great, for Vietnamese standards. Decent English level.
They met all their promised deadlines. The visa letter didn't have the typical red stamp, but that didn't seem to be a problem at immigration. My Visa got stamped into the passport with no questions asked.

Also: I didn't have the 2 portrait photos at the immigration, required for entry. But that was also not a problem, the didn't even ask for it.

I think the appearance of this company is shady, but their service is great. And it really saved my whole trip, as I had most of my bookings done and they were non-refundable...

Mine came 3 days late and couldnt be used for a connecting flight
