My friend and I took the tour Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand- 22 days. Our tour representative was Long Pham and he was amazing.
The tour was not one where you got on a bus with a group of people from start to finish. Every portion was with an individual small company so sometimes we were with a group, sometimes just the two of us.
It was so flexible that changes were easily made by Long to account for bad weather (typhoons) and errors on our part.
Long was in contact with us frequently to ensure we were well and enjoying ourselves. He always made sure we were picked up on time for transfers and tours and the quality of the tour guides were good.
The tours were excellent with a good mix of touristy areas and places we could experience Vietnamese life.The guides were all so knowledgeable and I learned a lot about the site, the area and the country.
I have never felt so well taken care of and I will definitely book with this company and Long if I go back to Asia.

Once we had decided to go to Vietnam for a holiday this year, I looked around the Internet to find a suitable 10 day tour. I settled on a tour from this company, because the itinerary seemed to suit our flying plans. I could not have made a better decision, the whole experience was fantastic.
Our organiser, Long Pham, was in touch regularly prior to our holiday, and then daily during the tour with update updates and confirmations. The whole schedule flowed perfectly without any hiccups and we feel as though we got a great introduction to Vietnam, but leaving us more to see on a future visit. Many thanks to Vietnamtours and Long in particular for providing a spectacular holiday.

Mrs Ly A put together a terrific package for me and she was there for me all the way. I could not ask for a more personalized and professional experience than what I received with Vietnam Tours. I highly recommend them for those wishing to visit Vietnam!

VietnamTours travel agency was very useful for travelling multiple places in Vietnam. All co-ordination was done by travel agent Ms Nga.

Hotels were very good and clean. Amenities that I requested were present (like 2-way aircon in cold temperature, laundry, etc.)

Local guides were good. They took us around the important places in a timely manner.

An emergency occurred during our trip. It was very well handled by Ms Nga. I and my son fell sick in Halong Bay. Ms Nga immediately arranged to transfer us to Hotel in Hanoi all free of cost. Hotel at Hanoi was also free of cost. She guided us to Hong Ngoc general hospital were our conditions were quickly diagnosed after a series of medical tests (all quite cheap and quick when compared to Singapore). We were able to take medical treatment and recover in about 2 days and continue our tour.

A great experience for me and my family ! I would recommend VietnamTours for anyone travelling to Vietnam.

VietnamTours is very efficient and reply fast with all my questions. I have a group of 10 with different dietary and they really find places which accommodate us. Their guides are very professional with good knowledge of the places and history of the country. And, they speaks good English. The itinerary they plan for us is very good and not too pack. Also, I can customise the itinerary to my liking and they are very patient with my changes. I will highly recommend their service.

Our family of 4 with kids aged 9 and 12 years old travelled to Hanoi, Halong bay, Ninh Binh and Sapa for a 6 days 5 nights tour. I contacted Vietnam Tours as there are good reviews from trip advisor. Ms Nga was our trip planner and I commend her for her excellent service in checking in on us few days before the tour, visiting us in Hanoi on the first and last day and keeping in touch daily during our trip. All our touchpoints were smooth and the hotels were good. Food on board overnight Halong bay on Silversea cruise was gourmet style and so delicious! All the tour guides were friendly, caring and very helpful. Our only trouble was the trekking with big backpacks to homestay in Sapa. If there are young kids, would suggest driving up to homestay instead, leave the stuff there before trekking. Overall, highly recommend Vietnam tours and will definitely book through them again.

Our 2 week trip with filled with adventures in Vietnam! Ms. Oanh, our trip planner from Vietnam Tours, was friendly and provided quality service. We appreciated that she checked in with us every day after our daily tours to make sure we were satisfied. Our personal tour guides in every city were respectful, knowledgeable, and ensured our safety. They guided us through many beautiful places from caves and hiking in Halong Bay in the North, to the historical Imperial City in central Vietnam, to the picturesque Mekong Delta in the south. Furthermore, every guide recommended fantastic places for regional food specialties. This was a great and memorable experience!

We visited amazing Vietnam from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City in September and I want to thank Oanh for working with me in the planning and organizing our trip. Every little detail was taken care of from our Visa to transportation, tours, incredible accommodations, experiences, recommendations, and her availability to accommodate our needs. We loved meeting her in Hanoi to put a face to a name as all arrangements were done via email from Canada. We had a wonderful trip to Vietnam and would recommend Vietnam Tours and Oanh as she made it a stress free memorable vacation! Many thanks again Oanh!

17-22 Sep 2019, we had great time visiting to Hanoi-Sapa-Halong Bay on our annual family holiday trip. Hotel accommodation, transportation and services were smoothly and well coordinated. Assigned Tour guides were responsive to enquiries and supportive. 👍👍👍 Thank you.

Overall is okay.
Day 1 - street food is amazing!
Day 2 & 3 - Sapa is great place to visit except the rapid development have spoilt the view and polluted the environment in Sapa!
Day 4 & 5 - Halong Bay - great view!
Day 6 - Ninh Binh & Day 7 - Hanoi city tour, precessional guide - average

This is our first time visiting Vietnam and we truly enjoyed our 7 days visit. The trip is so enjoyable besides the perfect weather (we were lucky), I will accredit the rest to the help and detailed arrangements from Ms. Nga. From the airport pick up, hotel arrangements and the transportations between Hanoi to Sapa, Ms. Nga provided us with a stress free, worry free journey which I think it is so important. I have to give a thumbs up appraise to her fast response, attention to details and care for the comfort of her clients. I highly recommend their service and will definitely contact her for my next visit!!

I found this website through google search and I’ve sent a request in the web for quotation. Ms Oanh and Ms Nga had designed the trip according to our needs and time. The trip was amazing with good tour guide, itinerary and food. Will recommend to others

I decided at the last minute on Friday to gobon a 14 day tour of Vietnam. Despite being sick and it was a weekend, she sebt me a detsiled quote on Monday . We arrived Ho Chi Minh city on Tuesday. Thanks Ms Oanh of Vietnamtours for being so efficient.

the hotels were good especially in Hoi Ann, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. The location were grest and we are near the restaurants, shops etc. Guides were friendly and knowledgeable.

Our trip starts at Ho Chi Minh ,thdn we flew to Danang, drove to Hoi Ann and Hue. Flew to Hanoi from Hue and had a 2 days cruise on Ha Long Bay.

Thank you to Vietnam tours. Special thanks to Ms Oanh for prompt response and help. Everything was very clearly and well planned.
Total cost of trip was "value for my dollar".My tour guide Mr. Nhan Phan Van was very helpful and went out of his way to support us.A very big thank you to Ms Oanh, Ms Nga, Mr Nhan, the drivers and all the hotel staff who made my trip a wonderful experience. I definately wiil recommend them to my family and friends. Will definitely engage them the next time we travel Vietnam.

Amazing experience. Thank you to Vietnam tours. Wonderful support from Ms Oanh and her team right from time I sent out the enquiry, the responses were prompt. Everything was very clearly and meticulously planned. All of the guides were extremely helpful and went out of their way to support us. We were travelling with small kids including an infant. Ms Oanh and her team of Nga, Royal Palace Cruise, the driver and Ms Huong are absolutely fantastic and I would recommend them anytime. Thank you for making this trip more of a personal experience. Will definitely engage them the next time we travel Vietnam.
