Worst service ever in Vietnam.
Transport booked from Buon Ma Thuot to Nha Tranh. Meeting point agreed a long time ago. 5 min before we leave the hotel, the company informed us that the driver would pick up in the hotel. As we were waiting in the lobby the driver shouted at us because we did not wait in the « gate » (there was no gate, only a200 m hill to the main road). The driver was very angry against us and was yelling at us and the receptionist (who tried to help). He never apologized. Never seen that before!! I will not use this company ever again to be treated so badly.

I would like to say what an easy and pleasant experience it was to book online an overnight train trip on the Chapa Express from Ha Noi to Sapa with Vietnam Transports. Particularly I would like to commend Ms Luca who has such a friendly, warm and helpful manner in communicating by email. There was a glitch with the payment going through and Ms Luca solved it quickly and efficiently and offered a transfer from the Sapa train station to our hotel as a sorry for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. This train is excellent as is the Lotus from Ha Noi to Hue. We had already booked our Vietnam trip with a travel company from Australia except the Sapa segment, but I could certainly recommend Vietnam Transports for all your needs when travelling in Vietnam.
