From the moment I met Victoria we struck an instant rapport and she made me feel at ease. Everything was explained clearly and with empathy. I had complete faith in her which was entirely justified. The procedure went well, I experienced very little pain and I am delighted with the result of my mastopexy. I had a breast reduction surgery with Victoria and she was so incredibly amazing from the beginning! She was very thorough with explaining everything about the surgery and the results I wanted. I had concerns about wanting my surgery before going on holiday and she managed to reserve me a day for surgery during our first consultation. I also had some trouble on the day of my surgery and it didn't end up going to plan, but she was very reassuring and managed to reschedule my surgery for not even a week later. I'm so happy with my results and I felt confident knowing that if I had any issues I'd be able to get in touch with Victoria very quickly.
