PLEASE DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY !!!! SCAM WEBSITE

I am never one to fall for scams however this website seemed genuine until I found out otherwise… please don’t make the same mistake I did!!

In October 2025 I ordered 3 dresses for my graduation, I emailed them as I had no shipping updates for over a week and they said not to worry as the items come from the UK…
Once it got to two weeks I got given a link to a Chinese shipping website, where the items had finally been sent on an international flight.
A month had passed with emails back and forth desperately trying to get my money back as I had accepted the clothes would never come when I gave up and contacted my bank who confirmed that the address I had sent my money to was a residential street in the Netherlands, completely unrelated to a company.
A month and a half later and a badly packaged item turned up on my doorstep (shipping was supposed to be between 7-15 days)
The dresses were awful quality, see through and completely different to the website.
I emailed and told them that I want a full refund, I had to send the items back to china (Funnily enough not the UK like I was originally told) which cost me £40!!!!! I was reassured by the company that I would get my money back when the items return to them.
The adress I was sent to send them back was also a random street in china, Addressed to ‘Mr Wu’ which I now know was also just completely made up
It is now April 2026, I have had no luck getting my money back, luckily the bank proved this website was a scam and was able to help, HOWEVER, the items that I sent to china in December turned back up on my doorstep last week!!!! The company have blocked me, and deleted my comments on their page! I spent £100 on their website which has obviously just gone straight in someone’s pocket.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!! Bunch of scammers, products are not what they look like on the website and like lots of other people who have left reviews, I have been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks. Apparently there is a “problem with the payments system” - bullshit!

I would avoid this company at all costs!!

The item I received was completely different from what was advertised, the colour was nowhere near what was shown. When I contacted them, they refused to take responsibility and instead tried to force me to pay expensive shipping to return it to China.

They kept pushing a 30–35% refund to make me go away, which is unacceptable when the mistake is entirely theirs. This feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid giving proper refunds.

Misleading products, poor customer service, and unfair return practices. I will never order from here again and strongly warn others to stay away.

I would not buy from here again. I ordered two dresses, one was lovely but the other they sent in a 2xl when I had ordered a medium. They then wanted me to pay for international return shipping despite it being a mistake on their part. They offered everything under the sun including partial refunds and having come to a conclusion on what I was going to do have since received no communication. Luckily one dress is lovely and it does fit but not a reputable or professional company.

I ordered a dress from this company and it took much longer than expected to arrive. When it finally came, it was too small, so I contacted them to arrange a return and refund.

Instead of providing return details, they suggested I keep the dress and gift it to someone else. I explained that I simply wanted to return it for a full refund. They then offered me a 20% refund to keep the item, which I declined. After a lot of back and forth, I eventually agreed to a 30% refund as they claimed returning the item to China would cost more than the dress itself.

I was told the refund would be processed within 5–10 days, but it has now been over three weeks and I still haven’t received anything.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor customer service, misleading return process, and failure to follow through on an agreed refund. I would not recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ordered a dress, it arrived ripped and looked nothing like the picture. You have to email to get a return code. They were helpful at first until they accepted I wanted a refund, not an exchange and then they offered partial refund, which I did not accept and now they won't respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

If I could rate this a 0 star I would. Do not order from them! They're scammers!
Ordered a dress which was way bigger than the size it should have been so wanted a refund they will not give me a full refund only offered me 10% back then 20%! Claim they are doing there bit for the environment by not letting you send it back. Absolute joke I hope none makes the same mistake ordering from them. They’re scammers!!

I ordered a dress from the absolutely shit show of a company, Victoria &Belle and it was a absolutely joke.
It was a rag, the material was so cheap, and I wouldn't give it to anyone, it was a insult to call yourself a company.
I can only post this as a warning ⚠️ to people to NOT GO NEAR THIS CAMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Awful experience, scammers. Won't let me refund my order, not for any reason other than in the emails they keep offering me a 20% refund and want me to agree. When I finally gave in they told me their payment systems were down it's absolute madness

Do not buy from this company. The website makes the products look high quality and good value for money but it is the complete opposite. My dress came and didn’t even look the same style as the picture and the material felt like it was something from Shein, in fact I think Shein’s quality might even be better. I’ve been trying to get a refund for weeks now, multiple emails and no response. Terrible quality and customer service, appalling. Scamming mugs.

DO NOT buy from Victoria & Bella. My dress was awful quality and the sizing wasn't even close to accurate. The return Policy is very misleading on their website and as a result they're making it incredibly difficult for me to return my parcel or get a refund.

Don’t buy from this company. The marketing for this company is fake and makes you think you’re getting quality that you aren’t. It isn’t UK based even though they make themselves out to be. They don’t offer returns, only 20% back and you have to pay to return yourself.
I would stay clear from this company.

My dress took over a month to arrive and therefor was to late for the event I planned to wear it to, I asked to return and we went back an fourth of them offering partial refunds which I declined as were low amounts so they finally sent return address. This was then going to cost me £20 so I agreed on a partial refund instead and am yet to receive this refund another month later. Absolute scam!

experience with Victoria and Bella has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

My order took nearly two months to arrive, despite much shorter delivery times being stated on their website. During this entire period, there was zero communication — no updates, no explanations, nothing. I was left completely in the dark.

When I finally raised a complaint, my concerns were clearly not properly read. I was told sizing was the issue, which I never once stated. This alone shows a lack of care and attention from customer service.

To make matters worse, they are only offering a 30% refund and expect me to pay around £15 out of my own pocket to return the item — after already waiting two months for delivery. This feels unreasonable and unfair given that the main issue is their failure to deliver within a reasonable timeframe or communicate at all.

Overall, the customer service has been poor, dismissive, and unhelpful. This has been a genuinely stressful experience, and I would strongly caution other buyers before ordering. A real shame, as this could have been handled so much better.

I ordered from this company and got the 2 dresses i received. The dresses were duplicates to shein which were selling them for cheaper. The dresses were nice but didnt suit me and had arrived too late to wear to the event as planned. I returned them, which cost a further £20 to send to China, and after a lot of emails and fighting back and forth with the support team and my bank I finally received a refund 6 months later.

Do not buy!! Fake website and fake reviews. Ordered 2 dresses which arrived but were very bad quality and sizing was completely off. Tried to return, but they offered 10% discount, 20% and when I refused that they offered 30% partial refund. I have been chasing for refund ever since and I doubt I will get it. Such a con! Avoid!!!!!
