Ich gebe 4 Sterne, da in meinem Fall Kündigung und Rückerstattung innerhalb von 2 Stunden sehr unkompliziert veranlasst wurden. Es ist aber sehr wohl eine Art Abofalle, die mit der Unaufmerksamkeit der Konsumenten spekuliert. Von Betrug würde ich nicht sprechen, da der Kundenservice durchaus funktioniert.

Always urging you to pay for content, you go in and it makes you watch adverts to obtain coins which are the currency, its lucky ive chosen not pay for this as I dont like the recommendations people are giving. Very suspicious in the first place, they are relentless to get you to pay. It costs nothing to use AI, and they want to profit off it when the story isn't even theirs, they probably copy off someone else... Bastards

hvis man forsøger at kontakte deres support får man kun autogenerede svar. Kan ikke få hjælp til login problemer eller adgang til min konto selvom de har trukket pengene 2 gange. Kan ikke opsige mit abonnnement.

Don't trust this app. I paid a weekly subscription for a certain price then just after watching one episode, i was asked to subsceibe again for a higher price and not allowing me to watch.. i didn't even use more than 5 minutes of my paid subscription which is supposed to be a week! Fraudulent! A scam!

Absolute con took my money and no subscription, Apple didn’t do anything

I got a weekly trial unlimited everything and they cancelled it 2 days early and tried to force payment, I sent them an email and they only replied that I could purchase again.

This company and many others like them are fraudulent companies,
I agreed to a 1 week lower payment trial . For 2 of these companies this one and another called REELSHORT
after 5 days of watching the reels I then cancelled via their own page and through my subscription linked to my iPad.
And then I log on to my bank and find out they have continued to take money from my account every week regardless of cancellation.
I was in hospital for 5 weeks so I didn’t manage to log on like I normally would do at home.
So imagine my shock when I logged in to my bank and see that they have taken lots of my money without my permission. REELSHORT has taken 4 full payments of £20.99 on the 30th July and another £20.99 on the 31st July. Vibeshort continued to take 5 weekly amounts aswell.
The bank said I’m not covered because they said I agreed to the subscription in the first place, and that they cannot prove that I did indeed cancel the subscriptions .
Which has left me absolutely flabbergasted! And so so angry!

So STAY AWAY from these companies on Facebook and instagram, because even if they offer a 1 week free trial or a one time lower amount for 1 week trial.
They will take money from your card even if you cancel the subscription.
Once they have your details, that’s it you’ve been hooked in.
I’m a 54 yr old woman that thought she knew how to avoid card theft situations.
But I have been hoodwinked big time. And I’ll never ever make that mistake again
I’ll continue to try and get my money back.
AVOID THESE FRAUDULENT COMPANIES!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Scam. I’ve cancelled on their website and received a cancellation email as well as took them off recurring payment on my cc in apple wallet, and even canceled the cc. Once I added my new cc replacement in apple pay, somehow vibeshort was able to charge my cc again under storyreel. Currently disputing this with the my cc company as fraud.

WORST SCAMMERS EVER!!! I PAID FOR AN ANNUAL PLAN AS A GUEST. AFTER THAT I COULDNT ACCESS SO I EXCHANGE WITH THEM AT LEAST 22 MAILS WHERE I SENT THEM ALL THE PROOFS AND THEY STILL ASK FOR THE SAME THINGS!!!! I PAID 60$ FOR NOTHING!

I wish i can give a minus 100 million star. They are scammers,pls avoid them they will reduct money from your acct without a subscription and refuse to refund. Scammers

Impossible to cancel. They will take more money than you agreed to weekly. Do not get involved with this company.

I can confirm the cancellation issues mentioned before.
I will report them to the EU consumer protection.
I will also tell my bank not to allow any further withdrawels.

SCAM - no cancellation possible as described in previous reviews. Forwarded to google play and police.

I strongly recommend caution before subscribing to VibeShort.
The app promotes easy cancellation, but in reality, cancelling is extremely difficult. I submitted a cancellation request before renewal and provided my UID (from the app’s “My/Profile” page) along with clear screenshots showing an active Weekly Pass Pro subscription and expiry date.
Despite this, I received multiple identical automated responses claiming they couldn’t locate my account. No proper review was done, and no action was taken to disable auto-renewal.
This creates a serious risk of unwanted recurring charges and raises concerns about misleading subscription practices and ineffective customer support. The repeated use of template replies without actually resolving the issue suggests a lack of genuine support.
Overall, this experience has been frustrating and concerning. Users should be aware of potential subscription cancellation issues and billing risks before signing up.

If I could give a negative score I would. You legitimately cant cancel. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. They have an app but then to cancel it you have to email your id... Except the email is invalid!
