I ordered First Partner Series 3 collection box from them. It arrived well packaged and in pristine condition. The package was delivered on time as well! I got the Generation 3 starters from the box as well which was a good surprise!

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and they helped get it sorted super quick, redelivered the next day. Also helps that I got an the Lillie’s Clefairy from my poster box :)

Was shipped very quickly, packaged ultra safely, with bubble wrap and paper around each item, they even added a promo card to go with it which my nephew was over the moon about as it was one he wanted, Great shop would buy again in a heartbeat. Also had a handwritten thankyou which is always appreciated.
