After reviewing your case, we can confirm that our support team did respond multiple times with troubleshooting instructions and activation guidance in an attempt to help resolve the connectivity issue.
According to our system records, the eSIM was successfully installed and activated, which unfortunately means it falls under the non-refundable category outlined in our policy, as eSIM products cannot be reused or resold once activated.
That said, we genuinely always try to assist customers whenever possible and would still be happy to continue troubleshooting the issue with you if you reply to our support team.

Unser Support-Team hat Sie bereits persönlich kontaktiert und eine detaillierte, 5-Schritt-Anleitung speziell für Kosovo (IPKO-Netz) zugesendet – inklusive manueller Netzauswahl, APN-Konfiguration (plus) und Einstellungen für Daten-Roaming.
Wir möchten das hier transparent festhalten: Ihre eSIM war technisch korrekt aktiviert. Die Verbindungsprobleme in Kosovo entstehen häufig dadurch, dass Smartphones den lokalen Anbieter IPKO nicht automatisch auswählen – dies ist ein bekanntes Geräteverhalten bei mehreren Netzwerken, das durch manuelle Auswahl in den Einstellungen gelöst werden kann. Es handelt sich nicht um einen Fehler unserer eSIM oder unseres Netzwerkpartners.

Ich habe das Balkan-Paket von ViaConecta eSIM gewählt, da Kosovo laut Beschreibung abgedeckt sein sollte. Leider hatte ich dort keine Verbindung. Während der Durchfahrt durch Serbien hat alles gut funktioniert, aber im Kosovo selbst nicht. Da mein Aufenthalt ausschließlich dort war, konnte ich das Paket kaum nutzen. Hier sollte die Abdeckung klarer kommuniziert oder verbessert werden.

Hallo Violeta, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie im Kosovo Verbindungsprobleme hatten. Unser Balkan-Paket deckt offiziell 12 Regionen ab, einschließlich Kosovo. Da die Verbindung in Serbien einwandfrei funktionierte, war Ihre eSIM definitiv aktiv.
Beim Grenzübertritt auf dem Balkan ist jedoch manchmal eine manuelle Netzwahl in den Systemeinstellungen erforderlich, um sich mit dem lokalen Anbieter zu verbinden. Wir möchten diesen Fall gerne mit unserem Roaming-Partner prüfen. QR, APN & ACTIVATION CODE are sent by email, but an eSIM technical info is missing like ->SM-DP+ Address. Due to this lack of info manual install becomes unfriendly. I could not use my last 23 MegaBites even though i paid for 1GB.

Hi Gus, thank you for your valuable feedback! We have already taken action based on your review. We’ve updated our confirmation emails and success pages to display the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code separately for easier manual installation. Regarding the data usage, carriers typically reserve about 2-3% of the plan (~20-30MB on a 1GB plan) for network signaling and session management, which is why the last few MBs might be unreachable. We’ve added a note about this to our instructions to ensure transparency for all travelers. Safe travels with ViaConecta!
