I have ben in communication via email with you about the "24" Motley Gemstone Necklace I ordered for my husband that arrived on May 23rd broken into 3 piece, different clissing clasp from the bracelet to the necklace. Since May 23rd I have been asked for help in resolving the concerns .Rebecca responded but with no resolve. I my Husband LOVED his bracelet I purchased from you a few months ago. So, I ordered the necklace to match and it is similar but there are some notable differences. I spent $328.00 and it arrived broken and all I ultimately want is to send me another necklace.

Your order was placed on May 22nd, and due to the Memorial Day holiday, the first available shipping day was Tuesday, May 27th. Our delivery estimates are based on business days, not calendar days, so the holiday pushed things back. While the tracking may show a conservative delivery date of June 1st, we'd expect your order to arrive by Friday, May 29th. Told them to cancel my order the same day, minutes after I placed the order, plenty of time for them to see the 3 different emails I send requesting it, they didn't cancel right away. Isn't hard to listen hommesoro. Why don't you add a cancel order right away before you ship. Once ship then that option doesn't work. Again not hard to do your job see emails.
