The jewelry is designed beautifully…
The jewelry is designed beautifully however it is not made well l, the execution of the plating or the process of the plating is thick and cheap looking. There’s scratches and nips where the plating has began to peel off because it’s thick. It just doesn’t look good close-up. And some of the jewelry pieces that I ordered from them didn’t even fit so I had to be returned for a bigger size because what was supposed to be a 7 inch bracelet to fit anybody,wouldn’t fit a 12 year-old boy

Please make jewelry for women. I saw a man with a bracelet 😍, I knew at that moment I had to have one. I searched for about an hour and BINGO I ordered the set. I did find womens sets from a different company the clasp wasn't working for me. I love my set and I wear it quite often. I would love to get another set but with a womens touch. A clasp with colorful stones would be so cute. Quality is great, Delivery was on time and product fabulous.

This company is a rip-off the products are inferior,the bracelet broke the very first time and then the gems fell out of the bracelet as well as the chain. I paid for additional protection and they're not honoring my exchange

Based on your own account, you received and wore the pieces for several days, which confirms they arrived intact. The level of damage shown in the photos is consistent with severe impact and neglect rather than normal wear or a manufacturing defect - this is not something that happens from simply wearing jewelry. Our pieces go through quality checks before leaving our facility, and we're confident this was not a craftsmanship issue. Despite this, we offered to replace the pieces under our warranty program, which includes a standard processing fee. That offer was declined. Great feel and appearance
The jewelry came in individual leather-like pouches...great first impression...the necklace and bracelet are absolutely gorgeous...from the accents on the clasp, to the unique clasp mechanisms...these really stand out and they are my new favorite Cuban pieces.
