اشتريت اشتراك YouTube Premium لمدة 12 شهر من موقع vexshop.net، ولكن الاشتراك توقف بعد 7 أشهر فقط! تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء، وبدل ما يحلوا المشكلة، عرضوا علي اشتراك جديد بسعر أغلى من السعر الموجود أساساً على موقعهم! هذا تصرّف غير منطقي وغير محترف. حسّيت كأني تعرضت للاحتيال. لا أنصح أي شخص بالتعامل مع هذا الموقع، لأنهم غير موثوقين وما عندهم مصداقية أو خدمة عملاء فعالة. التجربة سيئة جداً!

I purchased a 12-month YouTube Premium subscription, expecting it to last exactly one year. Shockingly, the service expired after only 7 months — a full 5 months short of what I paid for.

When I contacted the seller, instead of acknowledging the issue, they started offering irrelevant excuses like "you need to upgrade" or "switch between individual and family plans" — none of which are related to the core issue: I paid for 12 months, but only received 7.

To make things worse, the support team kept deflecting with vague, scripted responses and no real solution. Every time I tried to explain that I am simply missing 5 months I paid for, I was met with more nonsense, unrelated technicalities, and no accountability.

This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam. If you’re thinking of buying long-term YouTube Premium access through this seller or platform — think twice. You're better off subscribing directly through YouTube to avoid being cheated like this.

I paid for a 24-month YouTube Premium subscription upfront, but my service was cancelled after only 6 months with no explanation. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, followed every step they asked, and have been strung along for over three weeks now.

Instead of resolving the issue, they’ve now told me I need to subscribe to an individual plan at a higher cost because the family plan I originally paid for is no longer available — despite the fact that I already paid in full. Every time I follow up, they ask me to explain the situation again, as if they have no record of the case. It’s clear there’s no real intention to fix the problem.

At this point, I feel scammed. This is not just poor service — it's a broken system. Buy at your own risk if you’re okay with potentially losing money and wasting time.
