Very happy with the outcome of several chats

Spoke to Laura she was amazing!
Very clear, friendly and professional.
Always punctual and called back when she said she would.

I had my 4 year review and Ollie done everything I would expect. Answered all my questions then gave me options for my life insurance not pushy at all, kept asking if I understood everything which I did as he was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Definitely recommend.

I spoke with Kelly Hough at Hug Life today. She was personable yet professional and extremely knowledgeable. Kelly helped me to update my life insurance cover and critical illness cover, ensuring it was compatible with my change in job and living arrangements and personal circumstances. No question was too much for Kelly to answer and explain how the policy worked and what exactly it covered.
I would 100% recommend this service to others, in particular the service delivered by Kelly. Thank you 🤩

Kelly Hough has made the experience of arranging life and critical life cover very easy and not at all daunting considering we were talking about illnesses and death! 😂. Kelly was friendly as well as professional throughout and even when I had to come off the call for a short time she called me back at the agreed time. Kelly gave me the best product for my money and didn’t try to just sell me the highest policy. I felt considered and valued as a customer. I feel I am now covered with what I need and am very happy. I dealt with a lady called Helen Brierley who I cannot recommend enough. She was absolutely outstanding throughout the 3 months it took for me to be able to commit to any insurance due to my own personal circumstances. Customer service was spot on!
Long story short, I was diagnosed with a heart problem during the process. Helen did not pressure me at any point; she was considerate of my changing circumstances and researched what would be the best policy for me, especially considering I had a preexisting health problem
She was transparent throughout the whole process and we went through the different financial packages to ensure I could afford any policy i was taking on.
The way I see it is, if Helen works for Hug-life and they employ someone of her calibre, then they must be brilliant!
