I would give it no stars if I could. Do not do business with the shell company. It is DroneNerds and they are awful. Purchase was dead on arrival and I’ve been fighting for a week to get my money back. Beware they will lie cheat and steal

They are quite knowledgable with their products. I purchased a Mavic Pro sold as refurbished. The box appeared new and unopened as did the drone. Paid for an hour lesson that was more like 90 minutes. Ben was patient and thorough with the presentation. Thanks...Mark

Just came back from a 2 hour lesson with Josh. I've had my Mavic for close on a year but felt I needed more formal training. What impressed me the most is that we actually spent 95% of the time indoors with Josh explaining each setting and mode.

I feel I can now fly with much more confidence than before. I highly recommend 2 hours for a first lesson. I will definitely be back to do some flying lessons with them.

I have ordered Dji Mavic Pro Upgrade Bundle with Verydrone and I received my drone on-time in a very good packaging.

Verydrone gave me very useful advice in selecting the best drone for my dedicated use as well as for the first flight sessions.

I am about to buy another Dji Product with Verydrone in the very near future.

I strongly recommend Verydrone for their great work and knowledge on drone and imagery.

I was starting a real estate video company and needed the drone. Unfortunately my credit bad. Being that way I had to use a creative financing company and the only company that was this offered was Verydrone. Verydrone does not offer any type of discounts nor do they offer good customer service. What they do offer is a lies on when the ship date is as well as $10 and trinkets. Josh was very nice on the phone unfortunately it ended after the sale. If you would like peace of mind and in case of a problem with your drone I would suggest going to B and H or Andromeda or Amazon. Verydrone will charge you the same price and give you a lot less service.

I got my Mavic, Osmo plus and a lot of extras from Verydrone, great prices, what you see is what you pay, great and fast customer service , Ben is a very nice person and keep following up with you even after you get you purchase, and what I liked also that they give you 30 days crash warranty, if you were a beginner that is a great advantage because you might crash it as I have done to my first one, they just send you a new one, thats it, end of story, I will definitely buy again from these guys

I came to Verydrone with a tall order. From the beginning to the end of the process Josh took care of me. He was knowledgeable and had an answer for every question I had. His class to learn how to fly my new drone was also well worth it. I left with confidence and knowledge. Verydrone definitely gets a 5 star review from me.

I ordered the long range ant. from verydrone for my thypoon H. Got my order in about 4 days UPS, The items were protected well but wish they had come with some info. The mailing label was sent to verydrone at my address, but I did get it OK.

I recently purchased a DJI Mavic from verydrone. While DJI took awhile to get the product out to thier resellers, Ben and Matt were always super helpful and quick to respond to my multiple inquiries.

I finally received my DJI Magic from this company. They had very long delays but they made that statement based on their order to DJI. They aren't really responsible when DJI shorts them and didn't tell them. As soon as they found out they sent out an email letting customers know. That's called good customer service. They could have done the same as DJI is doing and keeping people in the dark, but they didn't.

They will over promise and make false statements just to make a sale.

My issue with them arose with the preorder of a DJI Mavic. They knew full well that there were issues with the fulfillment of Mavics yet they chose to make statements that they were getting a shipment and that they had available spots in the shipment on various forums, Reddit, their website and wherever they could to try to lure and entice customers to order from them.

First, as described above, they claimed that they would have the product on 11/22. Before I placed the order with them, I chatted with them on their website to make sure that was true and they assured me that they would ship on or before the 22nd. Then, they took my pre-order and requested payment up front and held onto the full amount without having any stock or knowing when it would come in...

Then, they claimed that there was a delay in customs and thus they couldn't meet the initial promised date. Then, "circumstances beyond their control" prevented them from fulfilling their orders on time. They blamed it on the manufacturer with regard to home many orders they get. They claimed they never know how many they will get. Then if there was so much uncertainty, why did they make those statements?! Then, they make additional promises to try to get people to hold their orders with them in the hopes that it will be delivered soon... (not to mention keep their money.)

I would definitely not recommend this business and would urge people to stay away. I would not trust a single statement that they make.

I've been a DJI guy for years and decided to try FPV Racers, which I had no experience with. Ben @ Verydrone was more than helpful guiding me through the process.

Was looking for a new drone, already have 2...found VeryDrone and after searching found what I was looking for, an Autel X-Star Premium, orange of course. Before I could finish purchasing, Ben came on line asked if I had any questions, explained to "rotor to rotor" warranty and all the other things they offer. WOW! I was shocked and he actually knew what he was talking about, helped me get all that I wanted and made the purchase very easy using the fly while you pay feature. Thanks Ben & VeryDrone...will be back for further accessories and maybe another drone purchase?
