Top level service - highly recommend
Top level service from everyone we delt with at Vertu Exeter. Professional and helpful, without being pushy. Took time to understand what my needs were from a car & very knowledgable in helping me make the right decisions when choosing the right car for me.
All the cars we looked at were also high level & the follow ups after buying show customers are seen as more than just a sale.

Friendly and Efficient Experience
Excellent and smooth sales experience from start to end. Extremely friendly and attentive sales team, providing great service helping customers to find what they are looking for. In my case there was a very tight time constraint, but Myers and the team efficiently arranged for everything in record time.

Buying a new car nowadays is a whole…
Buying a new car nowadays is a whole new experience. The purchase is paperless which can cause confusion with older clients. Vertu ought to keep this in mind!
Generally the staff were pleasant and helpful. The Vertu telephone system was slow and accents made understanding difficult at times.

We recently purchased a car from Vertu BMW Exeter and had a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish.
Sean, who looked after us, made the whole process feel straightforward and enjoyable. He was human in his approach — approachable, attentive, and with a great sense of humour — which really put us at ease.
What stood out most was how well he listened. He took the time to fully understand what we were looking for, as well as our needs around trading in our existing car. Nothing felt rushed or transactional; instead, it felt like he genuinely valued getting the right outcome for us.
Buying and trading cars can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Sean made it smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. His knowledge and attention to detail really showed throughout.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vertu BMW Exeter, and especially Sean, to anyone considering buying a car.

he looked at other local dealerships in there company to see if a sutable car was already in the country so we would not have to wait long for our new car , he also went through everything in the car with both myself and my wife so we both understood how everything works

This is my 3rd car through Vertu. They make everything so easy. Everyone Ive dealt with has been extremely helpful from the service centre to the sales staff and nothing is too much trouble. Rory, who helped me find my new car, definitly went above and beyond. He explained everything clearly, no matter what I asked. They will always be my first port of call.
