Super cool sustainable concept store
Verse is a real gem on the cute Gerard Dou straat with a perfect selection of avant-garde brands and focus on organic / ethical. Had a great shopping experience ordering and picking up the goods from store. The staff is super friendly and gift-wrapped everything nicely. One of my favourite fashion stores in Amsterdam, no doubt!

This company sold me a pair of USED VEJA SNEAKERS, and did not ship my item 2 DAY DHL SHIPPING AS PAID FOR.
I RECEIVED THE USED, DIRTY SNEAKERS AFTER 32 DAYS.
NOW THEY HAVE REFUSED TO RESPOND TO MY MULTIPLE REQUESTS FOR A RETURN.
I HAVE REVIEWED THE COMPANY ON THIS WEBSITE, AND GIVEN THEM ONE STAR.
MY REVIEW IS THE ONLY REVIEW FOR THIS COMPANY HERE ON TRUST PILOT.
HOW DID MY ONE STAR REVIEW GET CHANGED TO A 3 STAR REVIEW???
DOES TRUST PILOT ACCEPT BRIBES?

VERSEGOODSTORE.COM IS A SCAM SITE.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! DO NOT SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE. YOU WILL BE DEFRAUDED. AROUND MAY 7TH, 2020, I PURCHASED MEN'S VEJA SNEAKERS FROM THIS WEBSITE. THE WEBSITE SAID 2 DAY DHL SHIPPING FROM AMSTERDAM TO AMERICA, FOR EUROS 34.95. ALMOST 4 DAYS LATER, THE SHOES WERE NOT SHIPPED. I SENT NUMEROUS TEXT MESSAGES AND EMAILS TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY NEVER REPLIED. AROUND THE 9TH OF MAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH A LINK THAT SAID "CLICK HERE FOR SHIPPING INFO." THE LINK TOOK ME TO A FAKE FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER. I CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON THE WEBSITE. AN ANGRY AND ABUSIVE WOMAN ANSWERED THE PHONE. I ASKED HER ABOUT THE 2 DAY DHL SHIPPING THAT I PAID 34.95 EUROS FOR. SHE BEGAN SHOUTING AT ME, SAYING THAT SHE CAN SHIP WITH WHATEVER COURRIER SHE WANTS, AND I NEED TO STOP SENDING EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES ABOUT MY PURCHASE. ON MAY 12TH I RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH A DIFFERENT LINK FOR TRACKING. WHEN I CLICK ON IT, A FRENCH SHIPPING COMPANY WEBSITE CAME UP. THE WEBSITE SAID: "THIS IS NOT A VALID TRACKING NUMBER." I PAID VERSEGOODSTORE.COM US$160 ON MAY 7TH, 2020 FOR A PAIR OF MEN'S VEJA V10 SNEAKERS. I PAID 34.95 EUROS FOR 2 DAY DHL SHIPPING. TODAY IS MAY 17TH, 2020. I HAVE NO SHOES.... NO TRACKING NUMBER... AND THE OWNERS OF THE WEBSITE REFUSE TO TALK TO ME OR REFUND MY MONEY.
