Unfortunately you can’t give them 0 stars,, they have sent me a order confirmation, they advised I would receive my good on the 12th of September,, still nothing this is a scam do not fall for it,, trading from a house also!!

SCAM did not recieve garden furniture £895 paid 2 payments to klarna got wait 21 days for refund of money, why is klarna backing this so called company up !!!!

i have not received the garden furniture ordered on 18th August which was bought using Klarna, this scam has been reported to Klarna they have blocked the next payment due, hopefully i will get my 2 payments made to date refunded.
The Trackpacket courier is also fake along with the tracking number supplied, you wont receive anything.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS FAKE

It’s a Scam ! I have reported to HMRC they will take your money don’t fall into it !

Total scam. Ordered 7th August , said 28 days delivery. Nothing received, emails keeping bouncing back undeliverable. Thankfully my bank have refunded the payments made through klarna and the final payment has been cancelled. Klarna then sent email saying your payment did not go through please make your payment

Bought furniture on THE 2nd September, told delivery 12th NO DELIVERY They have failed to answer 4 emails.

Placed and paid for an order on 15 Aug 25. Still not received goods. No response to emails.paid via klarma. Now trying to reclaim my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM😡

Do not use this company your goods will never be recieved.

Don’t buy from these scammers as you will never get the goods. The tracking company ‘Trackpacket’ is also a scam and your emails will never be delivered. If you paid by Visa then contact your bank as you may be able to get your money back through the chargeback process but please don’t part with your money in the first place! I too looked at trustpilot reviews before it was too late. Lessons learnt never to buy off FB adverts again without researching properly

SCAM ordered 1st Sept Due 12th - no delivery! “Charles” sending emails to assure delivery would be today. Clearly leading us on. Links don’t work on carrier site, emails bounce back from tracking site. AVOID and DO NOT party with your money. Address of company is s domestic address. Now have to claim money back from credit card company if possible.

This company is not genuine and have stole £475 of our money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I stupidly looked on Trust Pilot after I had placed the order. They email you always stating they are genuine and the order is on its way ….. but doesn’t arrive. SCAMMERS- please don’t make the mistake we made and give these people your hard earned money!

Lucky for me that I figured this was a scam site before I got further than submitting my email. They only had 1 item of everything in stock all at bargain prices. All from a stock clearance in the UK but taking 4 weeks to bring it a few miles! I bailed out quick but got several emails on a Sunday evening trying to get me to click a link and pay. I hope not too many people just clicked without looking closer.

contact me after I sent 4 emails requesting where was my order of £700 pounds ' i ordered on 4th of August 2025 ' we are now 3rd September 2025 and nothing ' but one email saying my furniture is in transit?? And still nothing a week on from that!!.
Don't use these scamers ? I will be seeking advice on how to get my money back .

This is the same scammers, with the same tactics as "Snugsgarden.com", "Snugsfurniture.com". DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The website looks professional and they have really attractive prices, but you will be scammed!

this is a mirror of the site Cassa-Garden.com, same product, same prices, same website graphics, looks genuine, I was scammed by Cassa-Garden.com in July 25, its a fake site, so please be aware as it looks the same site!
