I would recommend this company. Claire Doherty sorted the interview, arranged calls before and after the interview and was professional throughout.

The experience I’ve had from Claire when applying for a job at Vermelo RPO has been the best quality I’ve come across.
Claire Doherty, is fast paced but very clear with the way she carries out the employment process. If you have a question or are not too sure on something, she can break it down easily for you to understand. Claire also has a very professional but welcoming manner towards her job, and is well organised as well as a good timekeeper. Due to her sending out important emails to me when she said she would, never later than what she said.

I received professional and time efficient support from Doherty when I was looking for a job. As far as I know, Doherty is likeable, professional, and has my full recommendation.

I feel so grateful to Claire from Vermelo as I had been looking for a job for a quite a while and she gave me the opportunity to start my career in an office. Not only I feel grateful for that but also she found me a job in an amazing environment where everyone is so helpful and friendly. Claire at vermelo is really friendly and extremely supportive and helpful I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to assist me with getting back into work, I know that she is always on the end of the phone should I have any questions or need some advice.

0 stars is what I would like to give this company. Claire who works there is rude and very unprofessional. I record all my calls and have a very unpleasant conversation that I had with her.... if you want people to treat you with respect DO NOT use claire in any way shape or form. Very unprofessional and detrimental to the company.

I was contacted by
Katie Jerrard Dobson from Vermelo RPO, around mid November 2021, having read my CV and offering to put me forward for a new post as a Credit Fraud Investigator. Within a day she informed me that the company would like to interview me and this was arranged within 24 hrs. Fortunately the initial interview had to be cancelled but this gave Katie time to send me good information about the company along with tips for the interview, which I found extremely helpful.
The interview was rearranged for when I returned from holiday and Katie kept me updated by phone and e-mail up to the morning of the interview which I found reassuring.
She contacted me 5 days later to inform me that I had been offered the job and was really pleased and excited for me. Katie kept me updated by e-mail on what details I would expect from the HR department to complete pre joining paperwork.
As time went on and I did not receive the HR e-mails and I contacted Katie who was off on holiday but she still took time to contact the company on my behalf to resolve the issue. She also contacted me over the Xmas holiday period to see if there had been any updates, sadly again none. Katie contacted the company as soon as the Xmas holiday period was over and was assured it would be resolved. She kept in contact on a daily basis to make sure I was getting the service I was promised. Eventually, I did, but in a large part thanks to Katie’s persistence on my behalf.
She was always reassuring and nothing seemed to much, even when she was on leave.

Katie went above and beyond in her assistance to me in applying for this role making it easier for me. I have a lot of confidence and pride in how she dealt with me and the company and found her to be an excellent model for her company Vermelo.

Abdullahi Lagundoye was very helpful in helping me get a job at Markerstudy in Chelmsford! He talked me through every minute detail and gave me options along the way of the role and position I wanted etc. He has been brilliant throughout this process and I cannot thank him enough!

I feel I have to let you know how great Abdullahi (or Ab) Lagundoye is. He is very, very quick at giving me updates, found a job I was keen on getting and phoned me both before and after the interview to find out how I was. When I didn't accept the job and went elsewhere, he still gave me some great feedback about the interview and when the new job did not work out, he phoned the employer back and now I will be working for them. When the other job did not work out, and I was feeling pretty low, he made me feel so much better about myself and helped me back on my feet. Words cannot express the gratitude I feel towards him.
