Having done some research, Verdant offered the most competitive price for the Hotbin I required. The order process went smoothly, but unfortunately DPD were not as efficient. I was not notified of the delivery date by DPD until 2 hours before delivery, which was then left at the wrong address. I notified Verdant, who were most apologetic and rectified the situation immediately. It is often not the 'problem', but the way it is dealt with that is a measure of a good company. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency with which my delivery issue was resolved and would thoroughly recommend verdant as a company. Thank you Chris Brooke-Hollidge.

Happy with the green box.Theprompt
The delivery was very prompt, and well packed.
I haven’t opened it yet as it is my Christmas present, but I bought one the same in a sale recently, and was so impressed. There were no instructions as the packaging didn’t come with it, but we managed to put it together.
I was so pleased I had to have a second one.
We have had endless trouble with wooden compost bins as they seem to fall apart on a regular basis, so I was delighted to find a sturdy plastic one, and hope that, and my second one last for years and years!

Hotbin composter 200 was a competitive price from Verdant.Dispatched promptly. If I had been given a tracking number, or knowing that DPD were delivering the order I would not have had to ask Verdant when it would arrive. DPD have an excellent record. Thank you Verdant.

Easy to order, and it arrived within the stated delivery times. It would have been helpful though if the driver had rung the bell to tell us it was there instead of just leaving it on the doorstep
