Had made arrangements for pick up at Logan Express bus. Person who was to pick us up was sent home early from Verc. We had to wait 40 min for a taxi to bring us to Verc which made us late to pick up our car. This was also an additional cost for us. Fortunately, the rep who sent the driver home early was waiting for us.

I usually go to the Rockland office and dealt with Toni. My experience there has always been nothing short excellent. Whenever I need car rental VERC is always the first place to come to mind.

Curtis was not there. He had a "clock" out side the door saying he'd be back at 11:15am. It was 11:45. Called: got his recording. Where was he? I called Herb at Verc at Plymouth and he called Curtis and said "get your ___ over there." Small time? yes. There were two other people waiting for help with cars. Returning.

The prices are the best around, online scheduling is a breeze and customer service at pick-up and drop-off are exceptional!

Great to have a handicap vehicle at a reasonable price. Only wish it had a few other options like a back up camera and Bluetooth that would make for safer driving.

Verc is awesome. The staff are professional, efficient and pleasant. And the vehicles are clean and ready exactly when promised. It's really nice to call and talk to someone locally rather than a call center when booking a vehicle. Keep up the great work!

The Cars are clean, well taken car of price is right hassle free. If you want to rent a car try very first before anybody else. You won't be disappointed.
